Great Service!
Pros:

The hotel was nice, offered a lovely breakfast spread. I did want to shoutout Agape, she was absolutely lovely, so accommodating, and really was a highlight during our stay. She is very attentive and kind- always greeted us by name and checked in to make sure everything was good.

Mia was absolutely amazing! She gave me so many awesome recommendations and was very accommodating!

Check in and check out was super easy! We arrived at 10:30 am and were able to check in (with a small fee).

Room was very clean.

Good area and space but a few drawbacks
Pros:

Good clean space and location was great for our trip as all was in walking distance. Facilities Were great and staff was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Did not know of the parking on site was not free and $60 a night was really a downer. Wished they added a notice for this as I had planned for a deposit fee but this was not one I anticipated. A little more open forum would have been great but valet was nice and did there job exceptionally.

Pool very very cold and kids where not able to swim and jacuzzi way too crowded , we where not able to enjoy the pool nor jacuzzi very disappointed and smell from bathroom sink was bad like sewer smell .

Almost a perfect stay for 2026 AACN NTI Convention, but....
Pros:

We stayed here for AACN NTI Convention here in San Diego: 2026/05/16-2026/05/21. One star taken out for the room assigned upon checking in: we booked 2 Queens 1 Bedroom Suite (Hilton Honors App Sale) yet was given 1 King Bedroom Suite (room 588). We had to escalate out concern to the morning front desk staff the following morning, yet they told us room change being full occupancy is "not guaranteed" yet the hotel made a mistake. I even asked them to just issue us a refund if the hotel unable to provide the right room by the following day, yet we were told rates are non-refundable. They move us the right room type the next day, and 2 Queens 1 Bedroom room (room 581) having an in-room safe is a plus. Big plus points for having an early-start breakfast against competitor hotels nearby: 6a-10a on weekends, 6a-9a on weekdays. We love the pork and chicken carnitas tacos for breakfast, plus hot coffee to go. It fits well with sessions that start around 7-7.30a. Hotel is super close to San Diego International Airport (1mi/5-10min by car) and going to San Diego Convention Centre takes 8-15min depending on the traffic. Hotel has 24H cashless coin laundry and dryer ($5/machine/35min wash, 45min dry settings). Detergent and Bounce sheets purchased separately at their store ($4/box).

Carla was amazing
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel Carla at happy hour with above and beyond and had excellent customer service. The breakfast is nice and the complementary beer and wine is an added touch. Five stars to Carla. each hotel room has a nice kitchen if you want to get food on your own.

Good location, but disappointing service and not worth the price.
Pros:

Great location, very close to the harbor and convenient access to the waterfront. Breakfast was decent, and the hotel was generally clean.

Cons:

We booked a harbor view room, but the view was blocked by nearby buildings. The heated pool was cold in the morning. Valet parking was overpriced and inconvenient, and front desk staff were not helpful when we raised concerns.
