Homewood Suites by Hilton New Braunfels

Employees are very friendly. Hotel is in a great area close to shopping and restaurants.

The person who checked me in was energetic and very helpful. I usually don’t get smile and positive energy when I check into hotels for travel.

Amazing as usual! Second time staying in and the enjoyed every minute of it.
The breakfast is amazing and the bed super comfortable

Great location for us, and a lovely floor plan. Very clean.

It might be time for a few refreshments to the decor - the ottoman in our room was peeling (fake leather).

Breakfast was great. Good variety for me as I am gluten free. I loved the chia pudding with toppings.

Unfortunately the 24 hour coffee wasn't available (front desk had said it would be...so it might have been a one-off?). But in the morning we got extra coffee packets from the front desk to make in our room so we were okay until breakfast time at 7 AM (weekend).

One elevator was out of service - which made for a bit of a wait sometimes. But since we are early risers we didn't have too bad of a jam up.

We have stayed here before and will stay again. Nice rooms at a good price point and in a good location for us.

The location was good, the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The water could have been hotter in the shower. One of the two elevators was out of order for the weekend.

The card key system was down but the staff was helpful, kind and patient. Please fix the EV charger; the adapter has been broken for at least a year and it seems unsafe.

Had a great stay, staff was friendly, hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. I really would like to compliment the night front desk clerk, she was extremely professional and amazing she truly made our stay wonderful.

Great communication, clean, and rooms were a nice size. There was also free breakfast which was ok but convenient. With that said the system went down and room cards couldn’t be produced. Luckily the mobile app worked with the digital keys. We were able to get our card keys the last night. Also rooms are cleaned every other day so had to throw out our own trash and call down and go get fresh towels. All that said it was a quiet stay and beds were comfortable.

Location is very good, with easy and fast access to several attractions (Gruene, San Marcos Outlets).
Atmosphere is nice, surrounded by several restaurants.
Rooms are very comfortable, with plenty of space.
Value for money is adequate

They did not greet me like normal and didn’t offer any free waters or anything. Eye unusual for the Hilton brand not to offer me complimentary water upon arrival.

We enjoyed our stay at Homewood Suites. It is our go to place to stay in New Braunfels when we are in town. We will stay there again!

Everything about my stay was wonderful! The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. My room was well designed and had all the amenities I needed. Most importantly, it was clean! The location is great! There are restaurants, coffee, shopping, etc. either in walking distance or a quick drive away. The breakfast is about what you would expect for a free breakfast. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and will choose this hotel on my next visit!
