I would most definitely stay here again and recommend it
Pros:

The staff was exceptional! The room size was incredible and the AC worked wonderfully. That is always so important in texas!

Cons:

I was almost certain that I read it had a hot tub but it did not. After a long day we could have used it for our aching bones after shopping all day

Pros:

Lobby and breakfast areas were nice and kept clean. Location in a convenient area but with a little distance from the road keeping it quiet.

Cons:

Some furnishings had significant wear and torn surfaces. The toilet was the lowest I think I have ever encountered. The door required extra effort to get open (the frame had metal brackets screwed to it). Breakfast was disappointing with tough pancakes and sausage made with chicken (yuck)!

Cons:

Forte et désagréable odeur, indéfissable, qui règne dans le hall, les ascenseurs et certaines chambres.

La première chambre sentait très mauvais, était sale, avec des draps non changés (cheveux, taches jaunes) et aucun drap pour le canapé-lit. En allant demander d'en changer, la réception nous a fait sortir dans le couloir avec nos deux enfants en pyjama et tous nos bagages, pour nous obliger à redescendre chercher les cartes de la seconde chambre sans même nous laisser la vérifier au préalable.

Hall, ascenseurs, piscine et extérieurs sales (déchets et miettes laissés sur les tables plus de 24h).
Eau de la piscine froide.

​Petit-déjeuner : Buffet très pauvre et peu réapprovisionné, obligation d'aller réclamer le café, le beurre et la confiture directement en cuisine.

It was perfect! 
Pros:

I love that it had a kitchenette, the pool was nice and clean, everyone working there was very nice in the morning. Breakfast was excellent.! and it was close to Gruene!

The facility and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great experience and friendly customer service. Water pressure in the showers were really good. Very nice and new area from new shopping centers, Buckeees, HEB Plus, and plenty of resturants near by. Only a 13 minute drive to Schlitterbahn. The breakfast was okay, but not really good. No complains, and I would highly recommend this hotel. We will stay there again next time we travel to New Braunfels.

Cons:

Only recommendation would be using fresh eggs and add a waffle machine.I did like the pulled pork offered on the second morning.

Great front desk!
Pros:

Our family, which includes Grandparents and a 2 and 5 year old spent several weeks at Homewood Suites New Braunfels, TX, and with our group, a person who is friendly and helpful at the front desk can make all the difference in having a great experience! Tyler was that front desk person and he was over the top helpful in every way during our stay! I will also add, the hotel staff was very friendly, everything was clean, the breakfast wonderful with good nutrition choices. It is also a great location to a variety of shops and activities. We would gladly return to Homewood Suites New Braunfels, TX.
