Pros:

Excelente ubicación, el desayuno muy bueno, cama y sábanas de buena calidad. Habitación confortable.

Cons:

La ducha del baño anticuada, tina de baño con cortinas. Agua caliente demora demasiado en salir, como estaba apurado me bañé con agua tibia.

La estancia fue buena y acogedora. El personal atento y mable. Resolvieron los problemas y todo bien

La comida caliente y variedad. La ubicación es adecuado y el restaurante cuenta con un muy buen servicio. La habitación amplia y comoda

Cons:

El primer día encontré el inodoro tapado, igual lo repararon. Una de las fundas estaba manchada. Pero el resto de la habitación estaba OK.

Mejoras a considerar.
Pros:

La atención del personal, muy serviciales. Las comidas buenas en espacial el desayuno

Cons:

Llevo casi un mes quedándome, creo que la gran debilidad es los aires acondicionados, muy deteriorados o falta de mantenimiento. Es un tema las baterías de los equipos de control de aires y TV, también creo que deben eliminar las alfombras contienen un alto grado de contaminación.

La atención de recepción, la cafetería y la ubicación

Cons:

Por ser feriado, el desayuno fue mas tarde, en recepción me sugirió que conversará con la chica del desayuno para poder acceder 15 min antes, ella me vio y ni se dignó a escucharme, tuve que esperar a que ella abriera y llegar 15 minutos tarde a mi compromiso, yo solo quería un café para iniciar la mañana.
Cuando llegué a las 23:00 horas entré a mi habitación en piso el baño había una filtración pequeña de agua, estaba tan cansada que no lo avisé puse una toalla para evitar resbalar y que el agua siguiera circulando, no hubo más problema.
Lo otro que me pareció extraño es que había un hermoso televisor pero no había controles remoto

Pros:

Me he quedado varias veces en este hotel. Es antiguo. Hay cosas que funcionan excelente y otras no. El personal en general excelente, la limpieza excelente, la ubicación excelente. La infraestructura con oportunidades. Por ejemplo la ducha apenas salía agua.

Cons:

Al ser un hotel más antiguo, las instalaciones a veces están dañadas como por ejemplo la ducha del baño.
