Nice location by the water.
Nice clean room with a good bed. We had a great view over the Mekong with the mountains in Lao in the background
Hallways needed cleaning.
Breakfast was not good I’m European and did not cater to my Tyne toast and cold eggs my Thai wife was disappointed too.
Gorgeous location but not much open nearby when we were there. Luckily hotel restaurant was great.
It was an average at best stop during our road trip. It did the job for what we needed.

They are doing renovations at the moment. Builders work there. We stayed opposite to where they were working. The room we stayed in was not very clean. The bathroom basin was disgusting. Looks like they had tried repairing leaks with silicone. Would have had stayed somewhere else if I knew they were doing renovations.

Huonokuntoinen rakennus. Muurahaisia juoksee pöydillä ja siivous tehty huonosti. Kylpyhuoneen seinät törkyiset. Melua kuuluu iltamyöhällä hotellin ravintolan suunnasta jopa yläkerroksiin häiritsevästi. Näköalana vain hotellin toisen siiven huoneet. Aamupalalle ei ravintolan ovella päästetty maksamatta korkeaa hintaa, vaikka aamiainen piti sisältyä ennakkoon maksettuun hintaan.

Restaurant staff served the first of the 2 meals we ordered as a couple 15 minutes before the second, not a professional way to serve but polite and apologetic.
Hotel was very clean and the staff where great.
The internet was very slowly.
But room, hotel and breakfast was very good.

The room is very nice. I booked a triple room. The room is clean and it has a cool view at the balcony.
This is a very new hotel which is beautifully presented and Well stAffed. There were very few guests that weren't Thai and occupancy was below 20% when we stAyed for 4 nights whilst visiting family in the area.
The hotel is not suitable for anyone disabled or elderly. The beds have a wooden frame around them that made it difficult to get in and out of. There was only one metal chair to sit in in the room too. My sister who is in her 50s and has knee problems struggled to get in and out of the bed and so did my father.
There is one lift for all of the six floors of rooms. They are still working in the hotel and in the Sunday they were building a door frame for a children's playroom with no care for the noise to guests.
Very little of the staff spoke English but they do try their best and went out of their way to be helpful to us and really looked after us very well. There are lots of lovely seating Areas and beautiful views out to sea.
There was. General lack of atmosphere due to the low occupancy and they closed the bar and turned off lights at 10pm each evening.
There aren't any taxis in this area but the hotel have a 5 seater pick up which they use to ferry guests into the main town etc upon request and at a very cheap rate .
