Please note: - The reception is only open until 12:00 on weekends. - The property is reachable by phone 24 hours a day. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

The apartments are located at the different addresses, however all within 66 feet (Rue Pierre Aeby 11-13, Ruelle des Maçons 2). Most of them are in Rue Pierre Aeby 11 and 13. -

Payment has to be made on arrival and an ID card or Passport has to be shown.

The property has only 2 private parking spaces. 24-hour public parking tickets valid all over Friborg can be bought at the reception. Please inform the property before arrival in case you need such a ticket. You can use the special requests box during booking or contact the property. Paid public parking is also available in the spaces marked white in Rue Pierre Aeby or Rue de Morat or Place-Noter-Dame. Tickets issued by the parking yards there are valid for a maximum of 2 hours.

Any special requests will be met depending on availability and may lead to additional costs. - Prostitution, alcohol and drug abuse are strictly forbidden. In case of violation of this rule, the booking will be canceled and no refund will be made.

Usage of kitchenette is optional for 30 CHF per stay

Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of 50 EUR per stay, per dog upon request.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

als ich ins Appartement kam, hat es nach Rauch gerochen.
Ich fand das self-einchecken auch schwierig, ich habe beim Buchen nicht gesehen, dass es so ist ( wohl überlesen). Ich bevorzuge eine Rezeption

Es ist sehr ruhig an der Lage und auch nur 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer sehr heiss... Ich habe auf Anfrage einen Ventilator erhalten. Hat aber wenig genutzt...

Estadia de fin de semana

Era un monoambiente, cómodo para pasar un fin de semana (si son 2 personas). Tenía cocina, horno y heladera como para poder cocinar algo.

Ohne Auto super Location, Zimmer gut und erfüllt alles

Die Lage ist sehr gut, wenn man ohne Auto unterwegs ist.

Cons:

Mit dem Auto ist es ein Challenge, denn es gibt keine Parkplätze in der Nähe wo man länger als 2 Std parken kann, wenn man einen findet. Das Hotel ist gekennzeichnet , dass es „Parkplätze“ anbietet, was nur bedingt korrekt ist, denn diese sind leider 800m entfernt. Das erfährt man aber erst kurz vorher und ich empfinde es daher als nicht korrekt, dass das Hotel diese Bezeichnung „Parkplatz“ behalten sollte.
