Important information:

Please note: - The reception is only open until 12:00 on weekends. - The property is reachable by phone 24 hours a day. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

The apartments are located at the different addresses, however all within 66 feet (Rue Pierre Aeby 11-13, Ruelle des Maçons 2). Most of them are in Rue Pierre Aeby 11 and 13. -

Payment has to be made on arrival and an ID card or Passport has to be shown.

The property has only 2 private parking spaces. 24-hour public parking tickets valid all over Friborg can be bought at the reception. Please inform the property before arrival in case you need such a ticket. You can use the special requests box during booking or contact the property. Paid public parking is also available in the spaces marked white in Rue Pierre Aeby or Rue de Morat or Place-Noter-Dame. Tickets issued by the parking yards there are valid for a maximum of 2 hours.

Any special requests will be met depending on availability and may lead to additional costs. - Prostitution, alcohol and drug abuse are strictly forbidden. In case of violation of this rule, the booking will be canceled and no refund will be made.

Usage of kitchenette is optional for 30 CHF per stay

Please note that dogs will incur an additional charge of 50 EUR per stay, per dog upon request.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Pros:

Rooms were comfy and clean. Good location with a nice restaurant 2 minutes walk away. The building is old but the rooms are modern.

Cons:

The lift was scary. We only went in it once but did send the suitcases up and down in it.

Ich werde nächstes Mal eine andere Unterkunft buchen
Cons:

Keine Checkin Infos, musste ich selber organisieren -> wären bei einem selfcheckin Hotel essenziell!
Keine Bettdecke, kein Dusch- und Handtuch! Die Abfalleimer waren noch voll. Kein warmes Wasser!
Die Hotelhotline - da eben selfcheckin - führte ins Leere und ich verbrachte die erste Nacht ohne Bettdecke!
Am nächsten Tag war jemand da und ich bekam ein anderes Zimmer, aber duschen musst ich immer noch kalt.

Für unsere Zwecke ok
Cons:

Für uns ältere Generation war das Selfcecking eine Herausforderung. Wenn nicht der sehr hilfsbereite Putzmann geholfen hätte? Obwohl wir nicht herausgefunden haben was für eine Sprache er spricht und er warscheinlich andere Arbeit gehabt hätte war er sehr hilfsbereit.

Viel Platz für wenig Geld und dazu noch zentral und sauber
Pros:

Das Appartement bot soviel Platz, dass wir bedauerten, nur eine Nacht dort geblieben zu sein. Es ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt geeignet, um von dort Erkundungen zu unternehmen. Tolle Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten, einem gemütlichen Sofa und Essecke sowie einer Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Die ersten Kaffee sowie Teebeutel waren dort, damit man einfach ankommen kann.

Great location in the city center
Pros:

Very central location, just 2 min walk from St Nicolas cathedral. V clean
Very large and comfortable bed and sofa.

Cons:

I think in v hot summer days can get very hot, for us was decent summer , so no problem with the heat. The bathroom is rather small, you need some gymnastics to use the toilet, however the shower is decent size, which is the most important.
