MIRABELL HOTEL

It was the worst vacation of my life. We regretted coming here. Everything costs money. Even room cleaning. If you don't pay, no one comes to clean your room. It's like a prison. There's nothing going on in the evenings. There's nothing around the hotel either.

The sea is also bad and dangerous. You slip and fall.

The food is terrible.
The staff is incredibly rude and speaks badly. We practically ran out of the hotel and moved to another one.

Das Essen ist furchtbar, vor allem das Hühnchen, das eine Lebensmittelvergiftung verursachen kann. (Das hat die Reinigungskraft, die im Hotel gegessen hat, gesagt.) Es gibt sowieso kein rotes Fleisch. Die Teller, Gabeln und Messer sind sehr schmutzig.

It couldn't be worse. How can a hotel be this bad? This isn't a four-star hotel. I think the documents are fake. No way. The service is poor. The staff is rude. The rooms aren't cleaned. The furniture and bathrooms are very old. The faucet is old. The water sometimes cuts off. The toilet is extremely dirty.
The pool is small and inadequate.
The food is always the same and there's no variety. It ends early. You should come early for dinner if you don't want to go hungry.
The beach is so bad that we had to go to Alanya city center.
It cost us a lot.
People complain, and the crowds are constantly loud.
The music by the pool is annoying.

I still can't believe I chose this hotel. Our rooms were never cleaned. The cleaning staff demanded payment, but we didn't. We washed the sheets and pillowcases ourselves in the morning and dried them on the balcony.

The food was terrible.

The entire hotel was filthy and not clean at all. The drinks were also terrible.
Everyone in the hotel wanted money, even in the restaurant.
People were fighting over sunbeds at the pool.
The beach was rocky and slippery. We couldn't swim. We went to other beaches and were harassed.
It was a terrible holiday. I won't be coming back. Alanya. Never.

I genuinely want to warn everybody about this hotel, this was pure hell, I felt like a horror movie…the food terrible, the room looks like homeless shelter. Everything is so dirty. If you to ruin your vacation go there

I can't believe how they sell this hotel as a 4-star hotel. It was the worst holiday of my life. Everyone is complaining.
The staff constantly wants tips. Your room is filthy and not clean. They don't clean it. They charge for cleaning.
There's no internet, and you have to pay for it. It was the most expensive internet I've ever paid for.
The food ends early, and the restaurant closes. In fact, it's only an hour before closing time. The staff are very rude. We couldn't get along with anyone. Everyone wants to pay. The drinks are not enough.
When we went to the spa, we didn't want a massage, but it's also interesting that the Turkish bath and sauna are charged. I've never seen one in a hotel.
The result: we went to the market and restaurants to eat. We paid for everything. Our holiday ended up costing twice as much.
Poor staff. The service is poor. Even the reception is rude, and no one is helpful. They blame us as if this is normal.
The pool and everywhere else are dirty. There are not enough sunbeds.
The beach is also rocky and deep. We went to other beaches. Never. Definitely don't come.

Did not want to give any stars as the hotel does not deserve any!!

English family currently here for a week, on day 2 and it's awful.

Reception staff rude - as your talking to them they talk to others or walk away.
Male night receptionist is constantly asking for a tip.

Food - unless you want a serious weight loss diet there's no food worth eating.
Food is served from 1900 - 2100 but at 2000 tables were being put away and food had ran out. When complained using translation, catering staff and reception staff laughed and said all gone.

Website states entertainment day and night, but haven't seen anything yet!!

Limited on drinks, most seem to be unavailable.

Internet - paid for 5 devices and 1 wasn't working, told had to wait till tomorrow. When complaining he then changed his mind and sorted it.

Pools are smalls, not enough sunbeds for everyone.

Rooms - very dated and dirty. Shower backs up and takes a while to drain.

Only good experience so far were the pleasant and friendly spa staff.

I'm sure there more problems yet to face, but at the moment that's where we're at.

Really would not waste your money at this hotel!!

Absolutely Disgusting – Stay Away!

We found bugs in the food, and most of us got sick with a virus during our stay. The food was disgusting – cold, repetitive, and unhygienic. Dining tables were never cleaned properly; leftover food from the morning was still there in the evening.

The cleaning service was a joke – they only made the bed and emptied the trash. The toilets were filthy and often without toilet paper (thankfully we brought wet wipes). Some rooms didn’t even have bathroom doors or working air conditioning. In some cases, the bathroom flooded because of faulty plumbing.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. They removed our towels and never brought new ones – we had to beg for days just to get clean towels. No one seemed to care, no matter how many times we complained.

Several of us got severely food poisoned from the contaminated meals – to the point that we couldn’t leave the toilet and were vomiting on the floor at the same time.

This place is a health hazard and a nightmare. It’s not worth your money, your time, or your health. Do NOT come here.

Had a great time, to be honest I haven't done many all inclusive holidays like this one but I thought the food was really nice for the lunch and dinner buffet especially (you won't be happy if you like chips and burgers though). The breakfast was ok, could have been better but ok. Was lacking food like bacon and baked beans, also the milk cartons were difficult to open for the cereal but all in all it was good enough.
Read a lot of negative reviews of this hotel but I know from past experience it can come down to an odd negative experience someone had, there's probably a lot of people who had a good time but don't bother to write a review.
The staff overall were good even though some struggled a bit with English, the hotel could do with a makeover in places as it looked a bit worn but all in all can't grumble much considering what we paid. There were two pools each with a bar and one had slides which were fun, although they were only running from 3-5pm. Alcoholic drinks are Efes beer, gin and vodka but not all bars served the spirits.
Was a bit disappointed that the beach bar didn't serve food at the time it stated, there was no food served there at all but was still nice despite that, they served the drinks and tbh breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet is enough for me. Cakes were served in between lunch and dinner by one of the pools for about an hour or so.
All in all I really enjoyed my time there, weather was fantastic too, I'd go back again. No complaints with our room too.

The hotel in its self is nice had to change rooms as shower was over a bath and was full of marks ware enamel was missing and needed a walk in as bad knees .maid only changed towels and made bed toilet sink shower only cleaned by me .food was very poor what should of been served hot wasn't I lived of salads for 8 days none of the food was labeled so if you had allergy best not to eat it .older man on reception very rude didn't want to help unless you were french German or Russian. Youngh girl very helpful .we arrived to late for eavning meal nothing available we had to order meal in from takeaway .no low suger drinks at all .cats roaming all around hotel including eating ares .if your English avoid its a shame as hotel is lovley but nothing else would not recommend

We booked this holiday are first one away together and since we have got here it's been a night mare the food is disgusting the staff are puss takers an stand there laughing at you when you ask for something I wasn't gonna write a review but these 4 today at the poolside bar made my mind up to put this review on I asked for ice an they totally just stood there laughing an talking about me in there lingo a not happy at all an not to mention we're the only English couple here I will never ever come back to mirabell and strongly advise ppl to not book if you don't like fish as that's all you get fed 3 times a day an the only drink is lager or vodka an that's meant to be all inclusive my ass don't get me wrong antalya is a gawjuss place am sat here today after being totally disrespected by the bar staff wanting to go home they are not nice in this mirabell at all an this is from experience am here now as I write this review

food was awful didn’t eat the whole holiday had to order dominoes pizza it was that bad ,,rooms were cleaned daily but never changed the beds the whole 10 days we were there,,shower drain didn’t work and shower head didn’t stay on when i was trying to wash my hair kept falling on my head,,staff are rude and ignorant towards the english people,,wouldn’t recommemd this holiday to anyone.

Well, we booked this hotel through Thomas Cook. When we arrived at the hotel and asked for check-in, the receptionist said no booking was found in their system. It was already midnight. We were shocked where to go what to do? He did not offer water or a cup of tea and did not suggest anything to us. Their manager was not available to discuss the issue. Contacted Thomas Cook by WhatsApp, who were very helpful at that point. We tried to find an alternative accommodation for that night only first. Luckily we did find a hotel in the town center and took a taxi. It was a horrible experience with the Mirabell Hotel. Another morning Thomas Cook tried very hard and found an alternative accommodation for us which was excellent. Please try to avoid this Hotel. Checked other's reviews and they had the same problem with them.

Hotel rooms are small with only 1 pillow and 1 sheet per person, Air Con is good, there are TVs in the rooms but no signal so cannot use, bathroom is adequate.
Staff are not friendly towards the English and have double standards!
The food is beyond poor! Worst I've ever had in any all inclusive, you really do get what you pay for here! The choice is poor and barely warm, no ice cream and never have enough plates or cutlery it also does not have any description of what the foods are and I will not eat if I don't know which animal I am eating! Drinks are only Efes, Wine, vodka or whiskey, soft drinks coca cola, Fanta, sprite, water and juices. You do not have the option of a cocktail and all drinks are served in small plastic or paper cups even through mealtimes.
Snack bar is only open 3 - 5 and is on the beach front so a nice view but very little choice, it is advertised as a kebab place but I'm yet to see any kebab.
I would advise any English to not book here but if you do then expect to eat out, a taxi to Alanya cost €13 where there are an abundance of restaurants and shops, clothes are very cheap but restaurants and drinks are roughly the average price of the UK.

Water slides are only open for a few hours per day, roughly 10-12 then 3-5, I say roughly as this so far has changed day to day.

Mini Disco is adequate for the little one's again roughly starting around 9pm for 30 mins

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone
-a low service
-insufficient staff
-from the staff, including the reception, no one speaks English
-very poor food
-after 19:00 the pool could not be used
-the water machine was broken after a day

Dette stedet er virkelig et av de verste valgene man kan ta. De ansatte er uansvarlige, og området er svært skittent. Man føler seg verken velkommen eller trygg her. Maten er av svært lav kvalitet, og det finnes få aktiviteter for barn. Bassengene er skitne, og lekerommene er i dårlig stand. I tillegg er transporten til og fra stedet svært dårlig organisert, noe som gjør det enda mer ubehagelig å besøke. Alt i alt er dette et sted man bør unngå.
