Für uns hat alles gestimmt, für eine Nacht.
Pros:

Wir hatten das Zimmer gebucht, um morgens zu einer Bootstour zu starten. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Hat uns sogar unseren großen Kühlakku über Nacht ins Gefrierfach gelegt. Das Zimmer war überraschend groß, Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit. Das Bad war nicht klein und sauber. Alles war eigentlich sehr sauber. Pflegeprodukte gab es auch. Es gab sogar einen kleinen Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Korkenzieher hat gefehlt :-) (hatten aber zum Glück einen dabei). Zwei Weingläser/Wassergläser fehlten im Zimmer.

Grand Hôtel
Pros:

Nous avons été orientés vers le Grand Hôtel de Palau. Nous évaluons donc cet établissement.
Hôtel sans doute très luxueux dans les années 20,qui a son charme.
La chambre était confortable.

Cons:

La salle d'eau mériterait une rénovation et un meilleur entretien (flexible percé).
Le petit déjeuner buffet n'était pas à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles.
Le stationnement est difficile et très limité.

Dopo essere stato spostato dalla struttura principale, l'ospite è stato "dirottato " in una specie di dependance davvero...sgradevole. Mai più tale soggiorno in quell'hotel. P.S.: all'arrivo la struttura risultava chiusa per lavori di ristrutturazione e nessun ospite era stato avvisato.🤬

Cons:

La dislocazione dalla struttura principale è l'accoglienza ricevuta. Stanza "sgradevole ", co n entrata davanti ai cassonetti dell'immondizia. Nella stanza diversi particolari:muffa, e varie parti scrostate....

Sono arrivato alla struttura e l'ho trovata CHIUSA. Dopo qualche minuto, mi è arrivato un messaggio in cui mi veniva comunicato che ero stato “riposizionato” in un altro hotel di Palau.
La cosa più assurda è che, nei giorni precedenti al mio arrivo, avevo ricevuto ben 3 (TRE) richieste di check-in e, come se nulla fosse, il giorno del check-out mi è persino arrivato un messaggio di ringraziamento per aver soggiornato nella struttura!
Un'organizzazione a dir poco inaccettabile, una totale mancanza di comunicazione e di rispetto nei confronti del cliente. Un'esperienza davvero surreale, che mi ha causato disagio e disagi evitabili con una semplice comunicazione preventiva. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Posizione comoda con parcheggio di fronte, 10-15 min fino al centro/porto. Personale gentile!

Cons:

Stanza troppo piccola, nessuno spazio per appoggiare le cose, sia in stanza che in bagno, serratura scomoda, prezzo troppo alto per quello che offriva.

Cons:

I had booked at this hotel several weeks in advance. Just two days before arrival I was told that the hotel had changed to a partner hotel, the Palau Palace Hotel. This hotel was not in the centre and a steep walk uphill. WiFi was on and off.

Vigyázat szélhámosság gyanú

Miután becsekkoltattak online, jött egy üzenet a Bookingon keresztül, hogy áthelyeztek egy olcsóbb, gyengébb értékelésű hotelbe (Grand Hotel Palau) Válaszoltam, hogy ezt nem fogadom el, de a hotel válaszra sem méltatott. A Booking ügyfélszolgálata semmilyen segítséget nem adott . Az új hely kicsi volt, rengeteg hangya a szobában, semmi nem működött, a barátainktól 3 km-re kellett tölteni a vakációt. Kompenzációs igényemre sem kaptam választ.
