The staff was great. They were friendly, hospitable and responded to all our needs. They worked hard and were always kind in their responses. They anticipated the needs of our group and did well. This is the second conference we have held with them and plan to be back.
The breakfast in the mornings was slow. There were not enough staff on hand to provide a quick breakfast. The hotel knew that there were going to be a lot of people staying and wanting breakfast and should have anticipated this. The dining area also did not open on time as staff was late in getting in on the Sunday and people were late to the wrap up event to our gathering.

This hotel is my preference when staying in Peace River. The rooms are always clean, the beds comfortable and the location is perfect for me when I'm traveling between the NWT and Edmonton. It's right across from the Walmart for a quick shop and everything one needs to be equipped for long distance travel. Timmies, McD's, or DQ are all nearby and a real treat when your hometown doesn't have these. The restaurant and lounge inside the hotel are also very comfortable with a great menu and service. The staff are top notch!

Truly amazing staff from check in to housekeeping and restaurant. Room is big, bright and clean. Next time I am in Peace River I will definitely book here again. PS Teena, you are an amazing human.
Nothing that can be fixed honestly. Very close to shopping like Walmart, Tim Hortons, Home Hardware, some banks, McDonalds, No Frills, Gas stations etc, but not very close to the heart of the town, hiking trails, ski hill, etc, however, being a smaller town, everything is walking distance if you make the time.
Great parking, staff, rooms & facilities.
We traveled with a dog and they put you on the first floor which is very handy. We picked the larger room which was comfortable. The king size bed is also very comfortable. Large filed in the back for walking the dog.
There is only a very small fridge and no real kitchen and no sink. They provide plates and utensils that was a plus.
