Crystal Shores West 202

The indoor pool was closed most of the time they closed it the second week we were there, the bathroom had black mold in the toilet tanks and it had a leak in one bathroom. The carpet needed vacuumed but we couldn't find a vacuum cleaner so they brought us one ,the closet doors in the kids room wouldn't open

The unit 202 is in poor repair. First day upper cabinets and microwave were falling off the wall, had to have handyman for several hours. Washed all of our towels, dryer didn’t dry, had to send for handyman again. We spent the week with scaffolding in our view on balcony and got locked off of our balcony w our beach chairs inaccessible, men on balcony at 8 am while we were still in bed & the owner did not notify us of this at all. Also didn’t notify us of being locked off our balcony daily from 8-4. I am told that it was the unit 202 owner’s responsibility to notify the mgmt company/tenants - this particular owner didn’t notify anyone, doesn’t seem to care about the unit. The remainder of the building and facilities seems well cared for and maintained- we would go again but never again in unit 202. The coffee table also kept falling apart and the tv volume did not work - remote is broken. Want to make clear Hosteeva mgmt service is exceptionally responsive and handles everything quickly and professionally. They took great care off care to help us with all of the issues within their control. The beach is great as well as the area, sad that lack of upkeep on unit and poor communication ruined our vacation.

Room 202 needs a major upgrades to very uncomfortable furniture and the king bed is nothing but board with springs very uncomfortable. Also the air conditioner needs attention as to it never got down below 73.

There are too many security codes to remember. The sliding door in the living rm needs some attention. Tough to open.

We had a hard time figuring out the TVs. Some instructions on how to use dish boxes would be great. Also you could tell some of the furniture was getting warn out eg. patio furniture, master bedroom comforter, door handles on washer/dryer closet.

The cleaning lady showed up 1 hour before our checkout and waited right outside the door while we packed up trying to leave, just standing there looking annoyed at us as we moved stuff out of the room. It was uncomfortable and made us feel rushed.

Secondary bathroom was missing 8 pieces of title… looked like someone was trying to replace a leak and never finished.. lots of sharp edges so my daughter had to use our bathroom and laundry room closet door was broke and wouldn’t shut…

The elevators were not the best. Too many rooms for the amount of elevators. Had a long wait close to every time.

The front bedroom comforter was stained. Same room closet doors were near impossible to open as close. Was afraid it was going to come off so we didn't use the space. Sofa bed was very hard to open and close. Was very uneven when out. Had to sleep head at foot of bed to make it work. Code for beach gate and pool door didn't work. Thankfully maintenance man was nice enough to give us a working code. Dryer lint catcher was not complete (part missing) the dryer burn a pair of underwear. Refrigerator too a day to cool what we put in it. It was set to coolest even though there was a sign saying don't do that previous people must have had an issue because that's what it was set on. We bought Cooler to put drinks in.
