Beautiful ocean view nice and quiet property very private
The ocean view was great. The beach access was the best part. The entry door was stuck a few time and had to get a staff member to open it.
I love the location and cleanliness of this hotel. Some of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. However, if you are looking for a hotel that is guest-friendly and provides reasonable accompandations for its guests, this hotel is not the one. I’ve gone there numerous times, mainly because of its location. However, I always get the impression that I need them more than they need me.🤔
Next time I need to visit Bequia, despite the location, I have decided to patronize another hotel.
It was perfect for our trip, quite, beautiful beach and contact with nature.
That’s my first choice to stay when I return!

I thought the restaurant staff were professional and friendly. I would like to see a little more variety on the menu. The beach chairs need to be replaced. Loved everything else!

Hidden gem of a hotel with private cottages that were spotlessly clean with great AC and nice kitchen. Views from the beach and restaurant were spectacular. Sunsets were some of the best we’ve ever seen! The gym was by far the best of any hotel on the islands and the food/drinks were really good. Couldn’t ask for more.

It has great views and beach access. The landscape is also picturesque. The level of customer service and care was not consistent with each staff. We love staying here each summer but this time it felt like they could pay more attention to details especially speaking more confidently and courteously.
Our booking through this Expedia platform could not be found. We were then offered a different suite with similar set up but had no internet/wifi access for our entire stay when in our room. This made it impossible to use any of our mobile devices. We did mention this and was asked to move to another suite after we were settled in. This felt like we would have to sacrifice more of our time for this trip. It seems that they knew the problem existed before offering the suite based on previous guests also. complaining. Also, there were 3 of us for breakfast yet there is a rule about ordering. fruit baskets for breakfast - limit of 2. A bit disappointing for us because we like the complimentary breakfast. It's a part of why we choose here over other hotels.
We do overall love this hotel. There is a lot of friendly and helpful staff. This trip felt a bit low on customer care for us.

Anything you need : taxi service, dining reservations, tours recommendations and reservations thay will hook you up. We stayed 8 day's in Bequia and we enjoyed every single day of it . Beautifully island ,lovely people

The staff were friendly, and the food was excellent. I love that the hotel was located near other restaurants, offering a variety despite having its own outstanding dining options. The breakfast selection exceeded my expectations, showcasing a wide range of choices. I cherished walking along the beach in front of the hotel, taking in the breathtaking sunsets. I am thrilled I chose to stay at this hotel and would do it all over again. It’s a five-star experience for me. Well done, Bequia Plantation; I am truly impressed.
Old property in a very nice location, mature mango trees, in front of the beach, easy access to the Margaret walkway.
But the best is the kindness and excellent service from all the people working here, thanks I really enjoyed my first time at this hotel!

Front desk staff was friendly and inviting. Property is very clean. We received a lot of empty promises. The room was not as pictured, but clean. Lots of basic amenities missing from our 2 bedroom- like paper towels and a cable box! The first night we had dinner one of our guests got sick. Our entire trip was ruined after that. There is no beach service and everyone workinf there is extremely young and training. Horrible service. We were told we owed multiple hundreds of dollars when it was paid in full. Then was told "sorry she's in training. " What if we didn't know and paid? We won't return. Be careful
Fantastic stay - lovely site, room and facilities. Staff were all helpful and really engaging. If I was to be critical, the pool did not look too clean on occasions and breakfast, whilst a bit samey, was very nice and freshly cooked. Loved our time there.
My experience at this property was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming—going above and beyond by allowing me to take a quick shower after check-out before catching the ferry back to St. Vincent. The location is beautiful; you can even enjoy the sunset right from the lobby area!
Breakfast was included with my stay and made to order each morning, accompanied by a lovely basket of fresh local fruits like mango, five finger, and soursop. A truly memorable and relaxing stay
