Good Staff, clean room, love the underground parking

Cons:

Bed in room 216......One bed is fine, the second bed was too close to the wall....I am a smaller guy, but had to climb over my wifeto exit the bed......lucky I can still do this......

I plan on staying here again the next time I am in Madison.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Like the location. Room was well lit. Have been here 3 times and have been happy with everything every time.

Cons:

Wish the couch in our suite could have been more comfortable. Like sitting in a bucket.

Location and comfort were extraordinary - would say the value was top rated.
Pros:

The comfort of the room and its spaciousness. Access to all my favorite news channels was very much appreciated.

Cons:

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and comfortable! From check in to check out, everything and everyone met our expectations! Breakfast was good as well. Our room was clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we met the front deck person, Terri. She was awesome, very friendly and helpful. We travel to Madison every week for hospital visits and have tried other area hotels. This hotel by far is our favorite.

Really clean and comfortable but the little things add up; not worth the cost
Pros:

Underground parking, gym, pool, beds very comfortable, clean, continental breakfast, staff was helpful

Cons:

Driveway very slippery. Not the hottest water, ceiling fan didn't work, no shuttle driver as advertised, frig did not work, booking as a hospital patient wasn't easy, breakfast was just OK (omelet eggs are powdered) , cleaning staff did not speak English

Perfekt zum Umsteigen
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, der Shuttleservice zum MSN auf demand klappt prima, das Frühstück ist besser als der amerikanische Motel Durchschnitt. Das Zimmer ist großzügg und mit Keurig, Microwelle und Kühlschrank ausgestattet.
Bad sauber mit großer Dusche, der Wasserstrahl könnte kräftiger sein, liegt aber eher am Wasserdruck, da keinerlei Verkalkung ersichtlich war.

Cons:

AM Anfang war im Zimmer ein leichter Klima-Anlagen-Muffgeruch, der hat sich gelegt oder wurde nicht mehr wahrgenommen. Es war etwas mühsam den Rechnungsbeleg zu bekommen, da über Booking gebucht worden war, hat dann aber doch geklappt. Mit Nähe zu Flughafen ist leider auch der Vekehrslärm zweier Highways verbunden, der zwar nicht unerträglich aber wahrnembar vorhnaden ist.
Für die Gegend und Ausstattung am oberen Rand des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses.

-single serving milk on Saturday, pitcher of milk on Sunday (juices were pictured both day

- had asked for AAA discount on Friday night and was told it would be in upon departure. Discount not provided (manager not aware of what I was told even though night person stated they would communicate)
- when asked about upon seeing my bill, manager said it could not be done. Stated I was unhappy and started walking out, manager said I do not want you to leave unhappy, told them already was unhappy
