Pros:

Friendly staff

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom was pretty bad. There was black mildew on the grout and the body wash was chunky. The mechanism that keeps people from tampering with it was broken. One bottle was empty. I've stayed here a few times and never had these issues before

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Our stay at Evens hotel in Brooklyn was wonderful. Our room attendant, Sangay was absolutely lovely! She is very detail-oriented and so kind. Our room was thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable. She definitely made our stay worthwhile. Thank you Sangay!

Very happy experience
Pros:

In general all was great. I had a great time with my family. I would go again and stay. Breakfast was great. Its 14 minutes away from my family's apt . Love the place

Cons:

Great but everything is going up these days. The only thing is when the heat kicks on its kinda loud. You do have the train noise above you but I didnt mind.

Staff were helpful with transportation.

Cons:

Dirty. Hallway carpet was really dirty. Elevator was dirty. Room desperately needed an upgrade. Floor was uneven, peeling and unfinished paint on walls, scanty bathroom amenities. Coffee machine in the lobby/restaurant was broken the whole 4 days we were there. Totally understand that a broken elevator (one of the 2 was down) can take weeks to repair but how hard is it to replace a coffee machine?

Great location for a visit to Brooklyn
Pros:

Location is excellent. Close to Nevins St. subway and a short walk to Atlantic Terminal, Brooklyn Bridge, etc.
I had breakfast in the lobby and it was excellent and quickly served.

Cons:

Room decor was a bit dated.

I would stay again
Pros:

The staff are very friendly, and the location was great for the Barclays Stadium. They had a bar and restaurant and small store. The beds are comfortable.

Cons:

It was a decent price, the bathroom door was a slide out, the beds were small, very little walking space around the beds.
