The mattresses were top notch and the breakfast was nice

Cons:

was disappointed that only one USB port/outlet worked in the entire room. It was also frustrating that the body wash dispenser was completely empty. The sofa bed mattress was filthy and they provided no pillows

Pros:

The staff was nice, breakfast was good.

Cons:

Beds are not comfortable, I was up most of the night hurting. We had to use the pull out couch and it was really dirty underneath. It was loud all night, something keeps clicking all night, and it sounds like the door is being opened from the hall, and there was a high pitch sound through the night. Normally I have had luck with other HIE locations, but this one was different, and not in a good way.
