Wonderful staff, great experience!
Pros:

The staff could not have been more friendly. We loved Richard! So accommodating. The beds were comfortable, hotel had just been renovated, the food was good in the AM. But the overall experience was great. We had everything we needed in the room. The coffee was so good in the lobby that I didn’t even need to use the room kurig.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.

We honestly can't think of anything that was lacking. We'd love to come back to this hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, tasty, and so convenient. The selections were perfect and the staff was very helpful with the pancake machine! All the amenities - the gym and the pool - were excellent and had good hours of operation.

Cons:

We had a little trouble understanding the person who checked us in. We wish your bed pillows were available for purchase...they were so comfortable!

Location of the hotel was excellent. The price was definately a great value. Kitchen/breakfast area was very good.. pancake maker was excellent. Coffee maker was excellent, excellent setup of various breakfast foods, the area was extremely clean. Bed was very comfortable. Desk/counter spaces were very clean. Room was well lit.
The bathroom was very clean, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap & body wash, towels, hairdryer. A few makeup remover towelettes on the counter.

Cons:

The bed pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. No other issues.

Cons:

I paid cash upon departure but my wife's Credit card (which was used for a deposit) was also charged. I did tell the clerk to make sure the card was not charged. I hope this will quickly be straightened out and We will be re-imbursed.
