Extremely expensive, small, dirty, smelly and very very noisy facility. I was charged way more than what other much better facilities around this area charge. I was even introduced, by the staff, to endless vacation club as legit. I lost around 5 hours of my vacation time with them and figured out it was a scam.

The manager and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.
I had an issue with the vault in the room and the manager took her time to come and assist me with having it resolved.
The kitchen staff and room attendants were also very helpful and friendly.
Every day my room was cleaned and beds were made.
I truly enjoyed my stay and hope to return soon.
Thanks again for a lovely time.

The morning breakfast attendant was excellent and friendly. Good breakfast bar…
Room was clean, but small. I know, it’s Nassau. I would definitely come back.

Can’t believe this property is still open. Old, dark, small hallways. Costs as much as other newer hotels. No restaurants on property. Lights were off in the lobby. Check in counter had no cash float and no change.
