Pros:

The location was great. The door codes instead of keys or cards was convenient.

Cons:

I tried for 4 days to get a hold of the property with no response. I wanted to add an extra day to the stay. Then I asked to cancel and I still didn't get a reply. I found that frustrating. Ended up staying one night only. It was quite cold despite a portable heater in the bedroom. The bathroom windows had noch blind or curtain, so you could look into the restaurant/street while sitting on the toilet. Only option was to close the wooden shutters.
