Posizione centrale vicino alla cattedrale

Cons:

Non rispondono alle e-mail. È stato molto difficile comunicare con la reception per informazioni preventive (avendo minori che viaggiavano da soli)

La habitación horrible, no tenía ni almohada y las sábanas manchadas. El baño estaba fatal. Y para colmo no me han enviado la factura, teniendo que reclamar un vuelo anulado. Pésimo trato. No lo recomiendo coger

Buena zona si se busca algo en el casco antiguo pero muy ruidoso.

Cons:

Limpieza de la habitación nula, pelos por todo el baño y ducha, sábanas con marcas, polvo acumulado en muebles y telas de araña en lámparas...

Soggiorno semplice ed essenziale ma bisogna adattarsi

My stay was uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
Pros:

Couple of people of their staff, some where nice and others where rude.

Cons:

They don’t have AC and didn’t have fans,
I told them that the room had a bunch of flies and mosquitoes and they didn’t do anything about it, the next day we left early and couldn’t show them all the mosquito bites I had on my arms, I ended up having to buy medicine in Madrid and I was very uncomfortable for the rest of my trip.
They also said that I should keep the window open because at night is cold but how could you sleep with the window open when is so much noise outside.
Also the were no soap in the shower or the hand sink and the shower has a lot of mold. I’m sorry this is my first time writing a review and I didn’t know I can submit pictures, if I knew I would have taken them.
