The hotel was grubby throughout. We had no hot water the first day and nobody explained why. It was very noisy.

Stilvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer schönes sauberes Zimmer

Cons:

Badezimmer grenzwertig, was die Hygiene angeht. Schimmel an den Fliessenfugen dürfte mal entfernt , bzw. Duschvorhang ausgetauscht werden. Duschwanne ebenfalls nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Nice windows and stone wall and fireplace

Black mould in bath and around the bath tiles
Whole building and staircases mouldy smell and visible mould including black mould on stairway

Peccato, poteva andar meglio.
Pros:

La centralità comodo per raggiungere la cattedrale e tutto il centro.

Cons:

Purtroppo ho atteso molto sotto la pioggia per il check in e ahimè l’host l’ho sentito solo tramite tel.dopo che ho sollecitato molte volte😔

La ubicación muy buena y el apartamento, muy bonito.

Cons:

El personal indeseable, pasamos 25 minutos esperando a que nos abriese , no había papel de baño y a las 12 de la noche nos abrieron la habitación. Tras pedirle papel de baño, nos dijo que mejor que nos fuésemos a un hotel de 5 estrellas.

Pros:

La relación calidad precio es excelente porque es de lo más barato que puedes encontrar en Santiago y aunque es un hotel bastante antiguo, la amabilidad del personal y la limpieza compensa el estado del hotel.
