The Sixteenth Naiyang Beach Hotel

We chose the hotel for several reasons, close to airport, free shuttle, swimming pool. The first two delivered. Unfortunately the pool did not have a ladder, just a very big step, without handrail, so no good for a person with knee problems.

If you're in Phuket and an AV geek this is the hotel for you. Accross the street from the aiport you watch from the rooftop pool.The front desk staff loves small talk.

My room had no hot water then they change the room the WiFi was not connecting but overall everything was good

Just needed some where to stay during the day as we had a 10pm flight. Was cheaper than a our hotels late check out, very convenient and comfortable with enough eating options to make our stay comfortable.

Clean and looks newly renovated. Breakfast was so so. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Would stay again for an overnight transfer

We chose this hotel only because we had to check out of Patong at noon and our flight to Shanghai was scheduled for 12 hours later at 12:30 am. We only stayed about 8 hours to shower and rest. The shuttle is free and convenient. The staff friendly. The room shows aging. The bed was hard for me. This is a transit hotel. I would not recommend for long term stays.

Great location near airport. Nice rooftop pool. Restaurant available for breakfast. Free shuttle to airport. There's a cafe next door. All other locations need vehicle transportation.

Bathroom curtain had a black mold and you guys didn’t have hand soap for the restroom.

Close to the airport, clean facilities. Bathroom needed a little work but shower was good

There is a street across the hotel full of street food, fresh fruit for good value. Food is fresh and cooked while we waited.

Many food options and choices to choise from at Street food stalls. Very convenient, economical compare to the hotel restaurants, more tastier, fresh. Have 7/Eleven store in the same street across from hotel.

Help us save lots of money and better tastierfood. Highly reco.

We also try the hotel infinity pool on 29th floor. That has great view of the Bangkok city, beautifulnight view, lounge chairs in the water for great relaxation

Cooler not working still warm , drain stink in the shower or sink!

We were so excited to get to this property, but we were pretty disappointed with the room that we received. It was super dirty, and the curtains were growing mold. Additionally, the mattresses were terrible to sleep on. (I think they were box springs?) anyway they were two twins pushed together to make a king so it just kept sliding apart. The Q-tips were reused and never replaced in the bathroom when we got there. Room service never cleaned the place. They only replaced our towels. Additionally, the pool was pretty small compared to the photos. Buyer beware! Still looks like one of the nicer places to stay at, do your research and book early!

Great place to stay near airport. Staff were friendly and accomidating. Breakfast was good with cereal, eggs, croissants, toast, susage, ham, curry, veggies, fresh fruit, pineapple was amazing!

The property was clean, room was spacious and comfortable. Easy checkin and lots of 7-11 and food options.

Was nice and convenient for a stroll on the beach. Loved using the bikes they provided. Made the trip even more fun!
