Une expérience inoubliable mille merci.
Pros:

L’emplacement et le petit déjeuner fabuleux.
Un grand merci à Sol et Antonio, ils sont avenants , de bons conseils. Nous avons passés un séjour inoubliables dans la capitale espagnole.

Great location for tourists and business folks.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, room was a good size for a European hotel, staff all the way from reception to restaurant to roof top bar to cleaners were polite, helpful and very personable- great folks!

Cons:

Any hotel- my pet peeve- cheap TP

Front Desk staff was wonderful, as well as the wait staff at the upstairs bar and breakfast restaurant.

great staff, great location, roof top is an added bonus
Pros:

the staff were amazing especially jesus and the girls that work in the rooftop bar, just lovely people and made our stay memorable, location great and a cool place to be on a very hot day (40 degs +)

Cons:

not really a complaint but just thought instead of a free bag of chocolate, maybe it should have been mints! afterall it is the mint hotel

Ubicación y gentileza del personal

Cons:

Sólo como oportunidad de mejora, no hay nada malo, vería instalar manillar en el muro de la salida de la tina del baño para afirmarse a la salida o bien poner una superficie rugosa en el piso de la tina, porque existe, para los mas viejos, posibilidad de resbalar con serias consecuencias. La otra oportunidad de mejora, sería cambiar el espejo de la puerta de ingreso al baño o poner una cinta qué alerte/advirta del espejo, especialmente importante en las noches, por alguna razón es fácil chocar con la puerta y por ende con el espejo.

Superbe hôtel en plein centre avec un excellent petit déjeuner
Pros:

- La beauté de l’hôtel (surtout le rooftop) !
- Le personnel de l’hôtel, très accueillant et disponible
- L’emplacement est idéal (on peut tout faire à pieds)
- La literie très confortable!
- LE MUST ++++: petit déjeuner délicieux, très varié et jusqu’à 14h !!!!
