Buen hotel en Gran Via.
Pros:

El lugar es agradable decorado con colores. Me tocó una habitación amplia y silenciosa al fondo del pasillo. El baño bastante grande también. El personal es amable.

Cons:

Faltaba algún mueble con cajones o mesas de luz más prácticas.

A relaxing and welcoming stay in busy Madrid.
Pros:

We arrived in the morning, well before check in. The staff was very receptive and friendly, they took our luggage and phone number so that they could call us when our room was ready. Our room was great. Loved the walk-in shower! The hooks along the wall next to the entry door made it so convenient for purses, jackets, hats, etc. Why doesn't every hotel do that? We also loved the roof-top bar, and there the staff was lovely as well. They went out of their way to get me a blanket on a chilly night. We are breakfast in the hotel once and it was very good. Not a buffet, we ordered off the menu.

Cons:

We loved everything and look forward to coming back!

Turistik amaçlı bir seyahat için mükemmel bir seçenek. Madrid'in mutlaka görülmesi gereken yerlerine ve müzelerine yürüme mesafesinde. Çevresinde çok sayıda iyi restoran ve bar var. Kapıdan girerken adına uygun şekilde nane kokularıyla ferahlayarak içeri giriyorsunuz. Otelin kendine has bir ruhu ve hoş bir dekorasyonu var. Personel her zaman profesyonel ve yardımcı, çoğunluğu güler yüzlü. Oda tamamen sitede gösterilen görüntülerle aynı. Donanım olarak hiçbir eksiği yok. Minibar fiyatları çok makul. Internet çok hızlı ve kesintisiz. En büyük ayırt edici özelliği kahvaltısı. Zengin bir menüden istediğiniz şeyi istediğiniz kadar sipariş edebiliyorsunuz ve masanıza şık bir şekilde servis ediliyor. Muhtemelen yıllar önce başka amaçla yapılmış bir binanın dönüştürülmesiyle otel haline geldiği için, banyo neredeyse yaşam (yatak) alanı kadar yer kaplıyor. Keşke banyo 2 m2 daha küçük olsaydı da oda biraz daha ferah olsaydı diyorsunuz. Bir de dolap kapağı tasarımı nedeniyle ya bavullarınız ya da askıdaki elbiselerinizi görmek zorundasınız. Bunlar turistik amaçlı bir gezide hiç önemli değil. Fakat iş amaçlı bir gezide yatağın odanın bu kadar büyük bir alanını kaplaması sorun olabilir

الموقع ممتاز جدا جدا قريب من كل شي - وجود باب خلفي لسهوله تنزيل الحقائب من الاجره لانه الوقوف بشارع غران فيا ممنوع .. الفندق نظيف جدا و الاسره مريحه جدا لكن قديم يحتاج تجديد لكن شعرت انهم يريدون هذا الطابع لانه بعض الحنفيات واضح تبدلت بنفس الطابع ، لو يجددونه يكون افضل الغرف حجمها يعتبر صغير لكن تفي بالغرض

طاقم العمل بشوش و متعااااون لاقصى درجه لا يوجد خدمه حمل الحقائب لكنهم متعاونين بالمساعده - تسجيل الخروج المتاخر مجاني بعد الموافقه حتى 1 مساءا بعد ذلك مدفوع


كل طاقم العمل ممتاز و متعاون لكن بنهايه السكن ريبيكا كانت متعاونه بحملهم على الدرج على رغم من طلبنا مساعده سائق الاجره كونه رجل و هي مراه بادرت و اصرت بحمل حقائبنا الثقيله شكرا شكرا شكرا

Vale muito a pena! Conforto, serviço, localização e vale o que custa

Fomos muito felizes durante a estadia. A localização é perfeita. Perto de tudo, de ir a pé. Apesar da. Gran via ser movimentada todos os quartos tem isolamento acústico não dava pra ouvir nada da rua. O hotel é charmoso a equipe é atenciosa e o quarto é muuuito confortável. O rooftop é lindo e os drinks são muito bem feitos. Destaque pro café da manhã a la carte, talvez o melhor de toda a viagem! Voltarei com certeza

Cons:

Único inconveniente foi que quando chegamos exaustos as 7 da manhã não tinha a opção de checkin antes porque o quarto estava ocupado. Em vez de nos deixar em outro quarto até o nosso ficar pronto precisaram deixar a gente num quarto inferior por uma diária e não houve nenhum tipo de retribuição pela diferença do valor entre os quartos. Entretanto até o quarto inferior era maravilhoso e acabei alando ter a vista que ele proporcionou por isso nota 10/10
