Felt like a valued customer and really enjoyed staying here.
Pros:

Reception, housekeeping and night porter were exceptional. The room was immaculate, quiet and the bed was fabulous. The surrounding area has lots of great eateries and coffee shops. It has a great atmosphere in the evenings.

Cons:

The pool is in the shade and was too dirty to swim in.

The Grand Marina Residence
Pros:

The hotel rooms are clean and modern, which is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. The swimming pool was rife with insects and looked liked it hadn't been cleaned for months. The restaurant staff were incompetent. I ordered a chicken steak with BBQ sauce. When the food arrived it had no sauce, when the corrected the mistake it took 30mins for the sauce to arrive, which meant my steak was cold. When I ordered soft drinks they had none is stock and had to wait until they came back from 7/11. The staff and food was of a low quality. I would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you are a student, because all the people I saw there were student residents.

2.ไปขอผ้าเช็ดตัวเพิ่มพนักงานขอเก็บเงินเพิ่มอีก50 บาท
3.อาหานเช้าเป็นข้าวต้มวิญญานหมู. เจ้าของร้านขอดูคูปองอาหาร ลูกค้ายื่นให้3ใบ เจ้าของร้านไม่เชื่อถามว่าได้ซื้อเตียงเสริมป่าว? แล้วเดินออกไปถามพนักงานหน้าเคาท์เตอร์

ถ้ากลัวลูกค้าโกงอาหารเช้าก็ไม่ต้องมาทำกิจการหรอกไปนอนอยู่บ้านซะเถอะ
