Pros:

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben eine Nacht im Hotel übernachtet. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer, das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet, so dass die Umgebung etwas schöner sein könnte. Die Ausstattung des Fitnessraums könnte etwas neuer und besser sein.

Gutes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in St. Gallen

Schöne und grosse Zimmer. Sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten.

Sehr herzliche Betreuung, aber ohne Storen/Klimaanlage sehr aufgewärmte Zimmer
Pros:

Das NewStar ist ein Business- und Seminarhotel, das zeigt sich in der klaren etwas neutralen Einrichtung. Aber die Zimmer sind gut und praktisch eingerichtet, bieten viel Platz alles was man braucht. Sie sind sehr sauber, so wie auch das ganze Hotel. Superfreundliches Personal an Reception und im Service.

Cons:

Bei der derzeitigen Sommerhitze zeigt sich das grosse Manko: es gibt weder Storen noch eine Klimaanlage, so dass sich die Zimmer sehr aufheizen.
