주변에 식당도 괜찮은 편이었고, 교통 편리해서좋았고 마트도 가까이 많아서 좋았어요. 가족 5명이 지냈는데 주방기구도 다 준비되어 있고 세척기 세탁기 다 있어 너무 좋았어요, 다음에 또 바르셀로나에 가도 이 숙소로 택할 것 같아요..

아들네는 12일 10시~17일08시 까지 인데 따로 방을 잡았더라면 바르셀로나에 택스를 적게 낼텐데 우리의 생각이 거기까지 미치지 못했던 점입니다

I strongly advise everyone not to book this property.

This is the first time I have experienced unjustified extra charges when booking through Booking.com, and it happened here.

I stayed on February 25 with my family of four. When we arrived, we were told that we had to pay an additional €84 before we could receive the key card to enter the apartment. The extra charges included a so-called “insurance fee” and city tax, even though the city tax was already included in the rental price. The total amount was €84.04.

Otherwise, they refused to give us the key card. It was already after 8 p.m., and my children were very tired after a long flight. Under this pressure, I had no choice but to pay the money so that we could get the key card and let the children rest.

This situation felt extremely unfair and unacceptable. I believe this kind of hidden or duplicated charge should not happen on a platform like Booking.com, and I hope the platform will investigate this matter.

Schiena a pezzi, scarsa pulizia e prezzi maggiorati

A prima vista sembrava pulito, ma non lo era.
Inoltre i materassi sono scomodissimi, si affonda.
L'abbiamo fatto presente subito dopo la prima notte,a.ci hanno rimbalzato, dicendoci di scrivere altri contatti dello staff,.poi ci hanno detto che essendo domenica avrebbero provveduto lunedì, ma.di fatto ci siamo spaccati la schiena sui quei materassi terribili. Non ci si riusciva nemmeno ad alzare, perché non avendo sostegno, si affondava perdendo l'equilibrio... Un disastro.
Inoltre i cestelli della lavastoviglie erano arrugginiti.
Si 3 padelle, solo una andava sul.piano ad induzione.
La camera matrimoniale è stretta, se apri l'armadio non passi e da una parte non si apre nemmeno perché sbatte nella.tenda e se non si sta attenti ti sbatte in faccia.
Ci hanno detto di lasciare le chiavi dove le avevamo trovate, quindi nel box al 4 piano,.peccato che non si apriva e abbiamo perso più di 10 minuti. Alla fine le.abbiamo lasciate in camera, perché non c'era alternativa.
P.s.: i costi non corrispondono a quelli su booking. Chiedono la.tassa di soggiorno maggiorata e costi accessori per assicurazione ecc che loro dicono essere obbligatoria.

Pros:

Prelep apartman. Udoban, prostran sa dve spavace sobe, dva kupatila, dve terase. Odlicno opremljen. Na fantasticnoj lokaciji, blizu metroa. Sve pohvale za domacina.
Kad budemo opet posetili Barselonu sigurno cemo rezervisati ovaj smestaj. Rado ga svima preporucijemo.

Pros:

Posizione: fermate metro e bus raggiungibili in meno di 5 minuti.
Silenzioso in genere, tranne quando sono arrivati ospiti nell'appartamento accanto che hanno parlato a voce molto alta per una parte della notte 27-28 febbraio. Le voci si univano in modo distinto ed anche i rumori.
Dotato di tutto il necessario per una famiglia. Ad esempio gli elettrodomestici fondamentali.
Negozi vicinissimi.
