Moderno, attrezzato di tutto e posizione comodissima a pochi minuti dalla metro. giardino fantastico.

Awesome!
Pros:

Great apartment in a very good location. A few minutes' walk to the metro and bus stops, and most importantly the airport bus stop is just as close. There are supermarkets, small shops, and many restaurants nearby. The apartment is also located close to the stadium. We even had the chance to listen to a Bad Bunny concert live from the area, which was great :D The apartment is spacious, very clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, and communication with the host was excellent throughout and before our stay. The price is much better than many other options in the area. IMO you won't find a better value for money. Highly recommended!

Cons:

We sometimes felt that the internet connection was a bit weak, but honestly, it did not affect our stay or cause any inconvenience.

Family trip on Barcelona
Pros:

The apartment is located near Placa d’Espanya, with many supermarkets nearby. It has good link with airport and the rest of the top objectives, also train to Montserrat. Apartment looks very nice, exactly as seen in the pictures.
You have all the facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer, coffee machine, cutlery and crockery.
For me it was very good value for money

Cons:

In the 3rd day or our stay, both access cards were de-activated (I am pretty sure about that, because we took care not to place them next to mobile phones, they were all the time in the backpack and suddenly none of them was not working anymore).
We had to wait 1h30 min in front of the apartment with 2 kids late in the night for someone to come and open the door. We received then a new access card, but still no explanation about what caused the incident, only apologies.

Everything was good, wifi good be better.

Cons:

Had bad experience with Barcelona itself( unfortunately we got robbed, Thank God it wasn't passports or anything seriously, also its happened exploring the Barcelona ), but I believe its good idea to inform tourist about situation in the Barcelona and inform not to have anything valuable on... special than people paying tourist taxes. Anyway nothing bad about property itself.

l'appartamento è nuovo, si trova vicino a Plaza D'Espanya e alla metro. In zona c'è un carrefour. L'appartamento è ambio, comodo e dotato di tutto. Abbiamo alloggiato in 4.
