Me gustó el excelente trato del personal, la renovación del hotel, la buena ubicación, habitación más grande de lo normal y todo maravilloso.

Staff incredibilmente disponibile e simpatico! Ci hanno subito fatto sentire a casa, e ci hanno proposto moltissime attività e possibili mezzi di traposto da affittare. Colazione con buffet estremamente ricca e gustosa. Le camere sono molto pulite e spaziose, ogni giorno c’è il servizio in camera che pulisce tutto e sono estremamente svelti. Tutto perfetto! Anche la
piscina è bellissima!

Pros:

Perfektes Hotel für El Arenal. Klein, sauber, sehr gut gelegen, top ausgestattet, super Buffet.

Cons:

Die Regulierung der Klimaanlage war ein bisschen mühsam. War mit meinem Cousin beim Check In, der mir beim Gepäck helfen wollte und das Zimmer begutachten. Er musste ohnehin an den Flughafen und hatte nicht vor im Hotel zu bleiben. Leider war es nicht gestattet, da ich nur für eine Person gebucht habe. Das war meiner Meinung nach unnötig und nicht positiv.

Schönes Hotel
Pros:

Freundliches Personal und super Frühstück. Wir haben eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht in der Nähe des Flughafens benötigt. Es gab eine 24h-Rezeption, so dass wir nachts einchecken konnten.
