Cons:

Chuveiro ruim, não tem box ou cortina, então molha até o papel higiênico na hora de tomar banho.
Não tem toalha de rosto, e não tem um banquinho ou cadeira pra sentar se não quiser sentar na cama pra colocar um sapato.
A janela estava muito suja com resto de cinza de cigarro.

Os funcionários são educados, simpáticos e muito prestativos.

Cons:

O quarto é minúsculo, banheiro mega apertado, não houve troca de lençóis ou toalhas.
O wi-fi não funciona de forma alguma.
Pra entrar ou sair é um suplício,.pq dependemos da pessoa que está na portaria abrir o portão.
A praia é perto, mas todo o resto é longe.
Padaria, mercado, farmácia.... tudo.
A praia de Guaíba é carissimaaaaaaaaa, uma porção de batata é mais de 150,00...
A cerveja e refrigerante são ok, em relação a preços.
De fato, acredito que o custo benefício não valha a pena.

Cons:

Limpeza e acesso, lâmpadas queimadas, geladeira tinha marmita e um pote de azeitona que esqueceram de limpar, colchão bem ruim.
Quebra um galho mas somente isso
A escada de acesso pros quartos de cima é bem íngreme,
