Le Saint-Antoine Hotel & Spa, BW Premier Collection

Well placed hotel, (use Waze rather than Google maps to find them as they are on a one way road). We mistakenly booked for the next day but the staff especially Lucianne arranged to swap the booking which was greatly appreciated. Great to have parking at the hotel via an elaborate lift system. Great central market in Rennes on Saturday. Hotel rooms were modern and the bed comfortable.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was very disappointing. At face value the hotel is great but just under the surface there are problems everywhere.
We stayed for 24 hours with no key card. Staff were simply unable to supply a working card so we were escorted back to our room when we returned. Also, the aircon was ineffective and the wifi didn't work. After one day we were moved to a room with a key and working aircon. The wifi was still rubbish, unfortunately.
We asked to speak to a manager but no one came.
The bar is run by reception staff so if reception is busy, forget about getting a drink.
We've never stayed in a hotel where you are allocated 1 hour per day to use the pool and have to make a booking...
The staff were all nice and friendly but the hotel itself is shambolic and devoid of any "Premier" features.

Perfect ! Nice

Hard to find, but friendly staff who showed us the parking garage. Didn't use the spa, as we were only there for 1 night. Provided with a map of the city.

Lovely hotel within walking distance (5 mins) to the main streets. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Good secure underground parking but only for small / medium sized cars and it does need to be pre booked as there are very few spaces,

The best property in the area with very friendly, professional and welcoming staff.

Super close to Train and bus stations, comfy, clean and it included an hour of water spa.

We were given a room with a known problem with the noise of running water at almost 9 at night with no other rooms available and no hotels nearby with rooms. It is a travesty that they have not addressed the issue with the noise and continue to give out the room. We will see if I can sleep

Hotel excelente em predio recém reformado. Quartos não muito grandes mas confortáveis. Proximo de todas as atrações da cidade. Boa cama. Vista bonita da cidade.

Deluxe room was very comfortable and clean with separate toilet and bathroom. beds were good. We had a nice internal balcony. breakfast had a wide choice and quality. bar was a bit sparse, but okay for us. I reported the internal toilet door, which had to be slammed shut really hard, but nothing was done about it, so I have deducted a point for this. Nevertheless, we would recommend . Easy for the station and not far to centre of town

Super nice hotel close to the station in Rennes. I was able to check in early which was very nice after a very long flight. The front office staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and very clean as well. Breakfast was a buffet with a good range of tasty food. Very hard to go past French baguette and French jam!!!

Chauffage insuffisant, voir éteint au mois de février. Nous avons eu froid malgré nos réclamations à l accueil. Personnel au courant du problème dû à des restrictions volontaires hiérarchiques . honteux pour une chambre à 200€

Good location, hotel , with poor service , the air conditioner was Not working , when I arrived ,they said , they were going to send a technician and they Never sent him, luckily, they brought a portable heater, cause the room was super cold

The hotel has a very convenient location near the train station and close to the city center.
Our room was fine, quite small though.
From this point of view not that comfortable.
The breakfast was fine and the service very good. We did not use the wellness center so I can’t say anything about it.
Not a bad experience…
