Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer für 3 Personen. Tolles Bad.
Die Gaststätte/ das Essen waren empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder.

Alles bestens, unter Corana Bedingungen das beste herausgeholt, auch danach eine absolute Empfehlung

Das Hotel liegt abseits vom "Geschehen" direkt an einer Durchgangstrasse, was bei unseren Freunden störend in der Nachtruhe war. Wir hatten eine sehr schön renovierte "Juniorsuite", bei der der Straßenlärm bei geschlossenem Fenster kaum hörbar war.
Für Leute mit Gehbehinderung nicht geeignet, da eine relativ schmale und steile Treppe bis in den 2. Stock führt. Kein Lift!
Am Frühstück muß noch gearbeitet werden. Die Spiegeleier waren, egal zu welcher Zeit, übergart, trocken und lauwarm. Alle Brötchen waren m. E. nicht frisch, sondern aufgebacken und daher zäh. Kein frischer Obstsalat. Große Auswahl an Säften.
Das Personal war freundlich, flott und aufmerksam.

Wir hatten eine absolut saubere und sehr moderne Junior-Suite für uns und unseren Hund. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend - die Unterkunft ist absolut hundefreundlich ...

Das Essen ist hervorragend - saisonale Speisen - in unserem Fall Pfifferlingszeit - waren sensationell ...

Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort hinreisen!

Hotel und Frühstück sehr gut, leider kostet Sauna extra, Abendessen sehr empfehlenswert

Ich würde wieder hin fahren.
Allerdings sollte noch am Frühstück gearbeitet werden. Keine Billig-Cerealien, kein Billig-Nutella, kein Fertig-Kuchen. Croissants u. Ä. für süßes Frühstück sollten aus liegen oder bestellt werden können.

We stopped at this hotel after flying in to Frankfurt Airport. We needed a place to rest after a long flight and Landgasthof zur Gruner Baum which is about one hours drive was perfect! The area is rural and quiet and overlooks the ruins of an ancient fortress. The restaurant as well as the breakfast was very good.

The hotel had no record of our booking through Hotels.com.
The hotel was full, so they turned us away.
We have made a complaint to Hotels.com Customer Service to explain what went wrong with their 'guatanteed booking, no need to confirm' promise. We have not heard back yet.

Excellent hotel, large room with balcony,very good selection of food and drink available and also a generous breakfast included in the room price. Very friendly hosts would definitely stay here again.

Although close to road,there is adequate sound insulation for this not to be a problem.Great views of the surrounding countryside.Nice restaurant and good standard of food.

Only issue with Hotel is location in rural area. Watch out for radar in small towns

Das einzige was nicht so optimal war sind die Tagesgäste im Saunabereich.

Inhabergeführtes Hotel. Sehr zuvorkommender Service - vom check-in bis zum check-out. Super Gastronomie zu fairen Preisen. Ausnahmslos empfehlenswert.

Amazing views in Odewald, including Freienstein ruins right from the room window. Hiking trails start 100m from the hotel. Great restaurant and resort like facilities, only in a smaller scale. Don't miss a boat trip from Neckarsteinach to Heidelberg, it's relaxing and you avoid the traffic to Heidelberg.

We took a great hike through the forest hiking trails to see some beautiful sights. Then had a delicious meal at the restaurant. The staff were a delight. This would be a great place to getaway from the bustle of a city for a few days.

Pros: There is a nearby town with a nice big river to cruise on. Plenty of hiking trails to hike and enjoy a picnic. The rooms are comfortable and the beds are great.

Cons: No issues we found on our stay at this hotel.

Desolate, only for those with car.Bur very good for sleeping undisturbed.
Big restaurant portions.
