The staff was nice and friendly. They were accommodating to our needs. They offered helpful suggestions to places and food locations nearby. Recommend coming here again.

The property is pretty and rooms are big. The ocean view from the rooms is spectacular,
Breakfast was different every day and enough to start our days.
The day front desk gentleman was always very kind and respectful.
Easy walk to the main avenue where there are plenty of shops and restaurants and also tour agencies.
Reasons why I only gave 3 stars:
- In my room, the screen door didn’t work properly the first night but they fixed it next day.
- The last day there was no water in the toilet or sink and only hot water in the shower but no fresh water to combine in one of the rooms of my party.
- The front desk person in the evenings made a mistake with a drink order and then blamed me instead of apologizing and still charged me for it.
- Another night, to the same front desk woman, we requested dishes to serve cake we had bought to celebrate my dad’s birthday and she didn’t want to give us the dishes until we offered to wash them ourselves. Then, after we started washing them, we were told there was no need and that she would do it.
- Finally, we all wished the pool hours were longer, opening earlier than 10 am and staying open also at night.

Great place to stay. Super comfortable and very clean, convenient location. The only thing is there isn’t a restaurant on premise, but they offer a great breakfast!

I appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast each morning was very filling, with eggs, toast, fruit, yogurt/granola, coffee/tea, and fresh juice. The property is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the center of town, and seemed quieter than the accommodations on Charles Darwin Ave.

Initially we were given a balcony room where the tree was blocking the view, the staff were very helpful and swapped us to a room on a higher floor with a perfect view.
The facilities are great including a fridge and air conditioning in the room. The breakfast was tasty.
The room and whole property was kept clean including the pool.
It took us about 5-10 minutes to walk to town where the restaurants are.
There is an amazing view from the rooftop, sadly this wasn't cleaned for a few days whilst we were there with glasses and bottles left on the table, probably from other guests not tidying up.
I would recommend anyone to stay here, if you can stretch your money the balcony room and view is so worth it!

Nice and cozy place to stay. Close to the main avenue and the Charles Darwin Foundation.
Staff was very nice and helpful too.
Breakfast was ok, we liked the fresh fruit😋
Had to change rooms because the shower was not working properly.

Family traveling with 2 teens staying for a few days, it was easy to recognize they take much pride in the care of their guests and the facilities. Room had an amazing view with a balcony, clean with amenities such as a refrigerator. Gonzalo and Kelly both provided terrific service, happy to answer questions. Every morning a delicious breakfast with melt in your mouth fruit, various styled eggs, meats, cheese, pancakes and fresh made juice. When we had to leave early in the morning, they provided a boxed breakfast to take with us. They have snorkeling gear upon request for easy renting. We did not use the pool however it was well kept and appeared to be enjoyed by other guests.

A beautiful little hotel. The property was very clean and the rooms very nice. The tv worked with streaming services and the beds very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and recommended a tour for us which was great. Very good!

This hotel is pure heaven! The staff is amazing! The room, restaurant and pool are total class and luxury. I could eat at the restaurant every meal for a week, so many options and all delicious! The gym has everything you could possibly want or need to get a fantastic workout in. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough!
