Beautiful apartment in great location.
Pros:

This apartment is unique - beautifully decorated. It very clean with comfortable beds. The location is great and the owner communicated well and kindly arranged for us to enter early. We really appreciated the heating on a cold night.

Cons:

Apart from cups and tea and coffee. There was no kitchen equipment at all so it wasn’t possible to cook or eat.

Un’ottima soluzione per visitare Camaiore e i suoi dintorni
Pros:

Ottima posizione nella via principale di Camaiore, accessibile solo a piedi. Parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Location congeniale per visitare l’entroterra delle Apuane Meridionali, i suoi splendidi borghi, la sua natura selvaggia e la Versilia. Spazi ambi, pulizia molto buona, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Ottima anche l’accoglienza e la comunicazione da parte dello staff.

Cons:

Finestra della camera su lato strada che potrebbe essere un po’ rumoroso. Mancanza della formula B&B (è una Guest House) è impossibilità di utilizzare la cucina. Decorazioni e arredi un po’ kitsch, seppur alcuni quadri siano molto belli. Pavimento della doccia che tende a formare muffa tra le fessure e necessita di un risanamento.

Pros:

Posizione centrale sulla via pedonale dello shopping e dei ristoranti.
Palazzo d epoca appartamento ristrutturato mantenendo le caratteristiche dell epoca. Bellissimi i soffitti in legno, i pavimenti in marmetta. Di ispirazione. Accogliente, ben riscaldato. Ottimo in tutto.

I contatti con il proprietario sono avvenuti tramite WA, ciò ha reso il tutto molto chiaro ed esaustivo, il proprietario e disponibile. Mi sono trovato benissimo.

Pros:

L’interno bellissimo (molto particolare), curato e pulito, la posizione ottima, con tutto il necessario, l’host molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Nonostante il riscaldamento un po’ fredda e umida. Inoltre, a me non serviva, ma la cucina non è utilizzabile, solo il frigo e il bollitore info che mi era sfuggita. Specifico però che non dovendola utilizzare non ho fatto caso se fosse specificato o meno.
