bem aquém do esperado

recepção muito atenciosa

Cons:

banheiro horrível, com porta do box abrindo para dentro, o que não é permitido. piso do banheiro muito liso e sem NENHUM lugar para você se segurar, perigo de escorregar é muito alto.
dentro do quarto havia uma mini cozinha sem pratos, talheres, copos, pano de prato, ou seja, sem nenhuma condição de uso. Exaustor do banheiro ( Ventokit) quando liga a luz, tem um barulho horrível e não resolve nada.
torneira da pia entupida, precisei tirar o aerador para usar.
chuveiro do banho com variação na temperatura da agua, ora muito quente, ora muito fria, sem mexer no mono comando.

Funcionários sempre muito educados e solicitos. Reservei por engano um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, prontamente resolveram para mim mesmo não sendo obrigação legal deles. Fica meu elogio e agradecimento.

Hotel excelente custo benefício para quem precisa ficar hospedado em Águas Claras.
Pros:

O hotel é novo. A acomadação é moderna, fácil de entrar, segura e conta com estacionamento. Também conta com vagas na rua, próximo dos bombeiros e polícia militar. Vale muito a pena.

Cons:

Café da manhã é básico, mas pelo preço é um excelente custo benefício e é suficiente para comer bem. O Hotel fica bem distante dos principais lugares de Brasília e a bancada da pia fica acoplada a mesinha, o que faz molhar muito.
