Memoire Hornbill Hotel Kuching Sarawak

周りにイオンモールや、フードコートがあるのでとても便利なエリアだと思います。部屋にタオルやアメニティ、など揃っていて、綺麗です。
ただ、お部屋に窓がなく、閉塞感があります。外の天気もわからず、朝から夜かもあまりわかりません。

It was next to McD and a foodcourt located just below the premise. Therefore, any guest who worried about where to eat can be at ease.

Good locations , near timberland also a shopping mall.. strategic locations ~

But pretty expensive Rm 138 consider the room are very small ,

Rq for extra bed but don't have bedsheet and duvet (no more stock)

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Just that you can hear the noise from the street at night from your room. Overall, we enjoy the stay, Will surely come back again.

The location is unique. Just bext to the Aeon Mall

Friendly staff and nice environment

Breakfast used to be really good but this time it was a let down. Very poor quality. Bathroom tiles are gross because they are not scrubbed clean. Have stayed here several times but will reconsider now.

overall the hotel condition is good and clean. the Location also good. But just the attitude of the hotel staff need to be improved. WiFi unable to connect.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel looks visually nice but what hit me the moment I stepped into the room was the smell of the place. It didn't help that the room had no windows. I cannot fo the life of me stand a smelly room. I called for the bed sheets to be changed which the staff promptly came. The service staff were friendly happy to make the change. They came in with literally only the bedsheet and when the current bedsheet was lifted I was appalled to see a number of unidentifiable stains on the mattress cover. I immediately requested for that to be changed too but they were not able to find any clean ones so they just removed the old cover and put a thin fitted sheet over the mattress, while they did change the pillow covers they didn't change the duvet cover. Sound proofing isn't really there as I could heard whe people where talking along the corridor or by the lift.

Lots of flights to get here so pretty burned out. Too far to walk from the airport. Slept well in nice bed in clean room.

....Booked Urban Deluxe Window, when check in given Urban Double room and I make a feedback they change it for me......the toilet is full of hair overall the room is not so clean and without drinking water....I lodge a final feedback at the reception and they promise to tidy up the room and provide the drinking water, when I back to the hotel from dinner nothing have been done.....

Room need to be more clean up bcos lots of dust below the table and corner side of the room. Room just nice n comfortable.

Seemed that the hotel is quite centered located for various of activities. Also close to the airport. But quite far away from the city centre (approx 10 km). Took a taxi every time to get there. No problem.
Hotel is good and the room I had too: clean, good enough size, tv (4 channels), a watercooker, hairdryer.
In front of the hotel there is a food court which may be a bit crowded in the evening and weekends.
The hotel staff was so patient with me, answering all my questions. Even helped me to inform for me if I still could get on an activity. Very much appreciated.

I left my Hp in the room. I called the next day from another city. The housekeeper was so honest to hand it to the supervisor. I managed to arrange for a friend to pick it up from the reception. Very honest and friendly staff.

You got no worries with your breakfast, lunch ,dinner and even supper , there are food court, McDonald's, 7-11 beside the hotel.
Staffs services and hotel ’s condition are good . However, the cleanliness of room have yet to be improved.

The room is very clean and considered really cheap for this price. Easy to find food all around it.
