Marrakech stay
Pros:

Good location, easy reach to medina. Staff were helpful. Sana , housekeepin was lovely and accommodating. Karim at reception was kind and helpful to allow us to change the room.

Cons:

The apartment bathroom was old, stained, and unpleasant. We raised this issue with the reception staff, who tried their best to arrange a room change; however, it took two days to resolve.
The property claimed there were two bathrooms, but the second was only a toilet without a sink. In addition, the initial apartment had no cupboards in the second bedroom. There are no kettles, or toaster or tea or microwave or oven, no washing or cleaning products, or even a sponge to do dishes. Very disappointing.

Lovely relaxing stay and close to good facilities.
Pros:

Very close to a big supermarket and shopping mall for buying food for self-catering. There was small play area for children. Spa and massage option was good. Staffs were friendly.

Cons:

The utensils provided were not clean but they were replaced when we asked.
