One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location. The area around the hotel is very convenient, with a large shopping mall nearby. Everything you might need is within easy reach. The hotel is also very accessible, with good road connections and easy access to public transport and taxis. Overall, the location made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

Cons:

What I did not like about the apartment was that the kitchen facilities were not fully equipped. For an apartment with a small kitchenette, I expected a microwave, but there was none. In addition, the cutlery was incomplete basic items such as knives and spoons were missing. This made it a bit inconvenient.

Another issue was with the bathroom towels. The towels provided looked old and their color had changed. It would be better if the hotel replaced them with clean, bright white towels to maintain a fresh and high standard.

Very enjoyable. Would stay again.
Pros:

Staff were amazing. Great location, not too far from the souls and Medina. Room was extremely spacious.

Cons:

The fridge was broke and they were undergoing some repairs or upgrades so it was at time noisey.

absolutely loved the pool area. the view was immaculate, also, the sunrise and sunset views from the balcony withnthe mountains in the landscape was a site to behold. the receptionists Kareem, and Khaled were extremely friendly and very very helpful.

Cons:

the pictures were of the apartment yes but maintenance needs to be upscaled. the kitchen was missing a lot of utensils. we had to ask for everything and even then we couldn't get what we wanted because of the language barrier. the cutlery wasn't complete (only some forks and knives), we had to ask for mugs, slippers, pot but they ended up bringing a frying pan. also didn't like the fact that housekeeping had access to the apartment and could just open at any time to ask if we needed services with or without permission.
