Lovely old building full of charm with very helpful staff. Comfortable bed and good bathroom.
Nowadays in a heatwave the lack of air con is noticeable but the fan was much appreciated
It was a really nice place, it was like an oasis and made you feel you were not in Wolverhampton.
The weather was too hot and the room was properly toasty. It couldn't with air conditioning.

The location was fantastic the staff were very helpful and friendly with any Questions I had, The parking was great plenty of room.
The Hotel is very dated the sink plug was broke the bath was in possible to use as the hot tap was so slow I couldn't fill the sink so had to keep running the hot tap to have a shave.
Quiet location and friendly staff
Well I booked a suite it was massive for the price I paid it had private double doors to go out of it was nice the fact there is so much history in this hotel it was beautiful it was quiet the guy was so helpful when we checked in
The telly wasnt in front of the bed which i like in hotel rooms that was awkard the bathroom did leak for some reason but its an old building so that was to be expected some of the bedside table lights didn't work but it was no bother really the WiFi also wasnt the best

Generally rooms need updating, decor poor, dirty and grubby. Loud music from 6-1 am couldn’t sleep then the music started again at 7.20 am. Dissatisfied
