I booked a suite and they said there was not one available even though I paid for a suite and they wouldn’t give me a discount on the next trim. The front desk person was not very people friendly.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Lage war für uns gut.
Wir waren 3 Nächte dort. Die Betten wurden nie gemacht. Die Person an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und abweisend. In der Eingangshalle waren die Stühle immer auf den Tischen. Niemand stellte sie runter. Im Gym war es sehr warm und der Boden war schmutzig (wurde in den drei Tagen nie geputzt).

They did not honor my Premium room that I had gotten through Booking.com. The lady (who wasn't very friendly...didn't even greet us) said that we had a standard room and if we wanted the premium it would be a lot more. Even though I told her that is what I had reserved. Also the room was very humid. The sheets felt moist and uncomfortable. Luckily I had brought my own blanket and used it. Didn't say anything because the lady was not friendly
Also at the front, when we came in to check in, there was a table full of about 10 men around a table full of 12 packs of beers drinking. Made me very uncomfortable.

The breakfast was horrible, except for Texas size waffle that was delicious. Eggs were watery n sausage was rubbery.

We didn’t have power in one side of our room when asked for help 1st time got over looked 2nd time she did try to help us 3rd time threaten to call the cops on my husband cause he was upset that we had no power and had our children with us no power from 1pm-12 midnight finally got power just for it to go out again so no power in our room for 2 days

The beds were comfortable and pillows. Breakfast was standard fair for US buffets - get there early if you want yogurt. Coffee was hot.
The hotel was full and the decision made to wash the rugs during our stay - our rug was wet for 2 days following. My father actually fell in his room going from rug to the tile floor by the bathroom door / room door. We had to keep the AC on very cold so our room mirrors didn't fog up with the condensation. We had to ask the front desk for the heavier comforters to keep from freezing overnight - these were apparently in every room but ours. The front desk responses were not "sure, how can I help" - but rather excuses on why it wasn't or was. Guests do not care about the why - just be courteous to make it right. I worked in the business for years. This place was convenient with good amenities and could use some training. This place right near Buc-EE's. Had a good pool and decent workout room.
