Make sure shower works perfectly it was a little hard to make it work
It was on the way toward my destination, there was nothing to like except that it was available.
It was one of the WORST hotel experiences ever and I have stayed in quite a few. The staff gave us a room literally next to the main office and when I wanted to change the room, he literally accused me of 'making a mess of the room'. At that point I haven't even SET FOOT in that room, my wife walked in and came out within a few seconds! I don't know what kind of employees IHG hires but that guy should have been FIRED right on the spot. I would fire him if I were the manager.
Second, there was no breakfast even though it advertises that it has 'free breakfast'.
Third, a white light from the smoke detector RIGHT above the bed flashed all night. The light Literally flashed the entire night and we couldn't sleep the ENTIRE night after 14 hours of driving. And when I complained about it while checking out, lady said, 'Well, nobody has complained it about before, you are the only ones complaining about it'. And she waived us, 'have a nice day'.
This hotel needs fire all the employees or get out of business.
The hotel was very convenient, I liked that there was coffee/tea available in the lobby. The room itself is very well equipped and a generous size, plus all the appliances/amenities within.
The room smelled musty, like it had been wet at some point. It was not overpowering but definitely an order. Also, there was no hot breakfast available, which is very odd these days. They had coffee/hot water and some packets of oatmeal but nothing else.

I thought 75.00per pet plus a 50.00deposit was high wasn't nice enough to be charged that much I know alot of dog owners are the cause but some of us actually properly care for our animals
Bathroom was dirty and the carpet had a mildew smell. The television didn’t work either, and the dishes in the cabinet were dirty

Stayed for 4 nights and was never offered fresh towels.
Husband took our trash to the dumpster himself and had to ask for more trash bags for the baskets.
Recliner did not work. Reported it did not work and was told maintenance would come and look at it. No one ever came.
Good location
Smelled like weed, the room had a mildew smell that was never fixed. The room didn’t have a tv remote that worked had to go downstairs to get the master remote to use the TV every time we needed to turn it on or change the station.
Not that great. Nor much to choose from.

Low water pressure but could have just been the day. Beds are a little hard also but slept comfortably

The room had an odor. There was underwear that wasn’t ours left in the room.
Requested an early check in(called and spoke to agent) and said it would be fine since we were in town for a wedding. Got there to check in and the horribly rude front desk agent said she could not get us in a room at all even though there were 6 cars in the entire parking lot. Said "I have rooms available but I'm not letting you in until check in at 3". Came back at 3 and was still told we couldn't check in. Finally was allowed to check in around 5 (had to make a special trip between wedding and reception). Complete inconvenience and will never stay there again
Pillows were super soft and flat and bed was uncomfortable. Stain on chair in room as well. Bathroom was not stocked on body wash/ etc and was not filled when asked.
No breakfast, but my fault. Assumed they had it like all other hotels.
Had to keep tightening toilet seat; bathroom sink stopper would not adjust water filled very slow to drain; shower water came out for tub and shower; stopper in tub was also plugged and slow. Had water above ankles when finished.
Tile floors had not been mopped. Carpet had not been vacuumed. Not sure if edges around floor boards had ever been vacuumed. Easily visible was food crumbs and bottle cap visible between night stand and bed.
Lobby entrance dirty and not swept. Tile floor in lobby and elevator dirty. Took 48 hours for dirt and elevator mopped clean.
Refrigerator and ice was all good.
