Home 2 is truly a home away from home!

I commented at my prior stay in the summer that there wasn't any nondairy creamer at the coffee maker in the room, only dairy creamer. This visit, I guess someone remembered, and stocked my room with coffee mate! Honestly, I was incredibly impressed. The recently remodeled hotel room was fantastic. The bedding so lovely; the pillows perfect. The kitchen design, dishes, layout were wonderful. I didn't realize that the TV set-up could accommodate my Netflix subscription, to name one. Incredible. And the staff - just top notch.

Cons:

Battery died on room door waited forever after checking in for someone to come look at it attempted to put batteries had to call maintenance but it’s a Friday night after hours!
I repeatedly asked for a new room as it was late after traveling the front desk finally agreed then had to wait another 20 min just to get a key to the room next to the original one! Checked in at 630 didn’t get into a room until 9!!!! 😡 I usually love staying here but this was so frustrating I considered finding a new hotel that night!!

Pros:

The room i had came with a very large bed, a fold out couch, and your other usual hotel amenities, but this one has cups and silverware which I thought was cool. Probably to be expected from the type of hotel but I liked it. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't that good. Bacon is way too thin it just taste like dusty "bacon" flavored sticks that didn't have any flavor at all.
