I would recommend this hotel as its pretty close to everything you need we enjoyed staying here
Pros:

The location was good, close to the beach and the bars/restaurants. For breakfast there was lots of fruit, pastries and different food. Not that many vegetarian options on the buffet. Staff were very good and very helpful. The buffet was very well laid out but sometimes the dishes weren't that hot.

Cons:

There could have been more storage space and hand towels in the bathroom would be good. Nyepi day package was not really explained to us, we thought we'd booked it but were told after that we had not.

Amazing!!
Pros:

The property was exceptionally clean, the staff were amazingly polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast is next level amazing!! Thanks to head chef Katut and his kitchen staff. Will definitely be staying here again next time👌

Cons:

The small bar fridge in our room wasn’t cold enough ,although after mentioning it to the staff,they kindly offered to store anything in their main kitchen fridge which was good.

Alles is zooooo schoon… super vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk ontbijt en heerlijke koffie…

Cons:

Het trappetje van het zwembad…. Wie heeft die ronde tredes verzonnen? Zelf waarschijnlijk nog nooit gebruik van gemaakt…. Dan schijnt het zonnetje er ook nog op…

Great hotel for your stay in Sanur!
Pros:

Excellent hotel with outstanding location in Sanur.
Short walk to the beach, restaurants and spas.
Spacious rooms with balcony available.
Extensive buffet breakfast.
Balinese massage at the spa with Lexa and Novi - a must!

Cons:

Some more shade for all pool lounges (in the water and top deck)
Beds were a little firm for me.

Lovely hotel in a good location, will stay there again.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, decent facilities in the room, large ensuite. Staff are fantastic. Good breakfast with plenty of choice, varied day by day. It’s close to the beach but not directly on it.

Excellent hotel with great staff, pool and close to the beach
Pros:

Stayed at the Artotel in Sanur for the second time. I really like the style of the hotel, the room design and comfort, the rooftop infinity pool and the excellent breakfast buffet. On top of all of this is the super friendly and helpful staff.
The rooms towards the main road can get noisy at times. If this is a concern for you, ask for a room towards the garden/backside of the building.

Great location for Sanur
Pros:

We have stayed here many times, you can’t beat the location. The big room is a great size for 2 people, and I like that there’s on a few levels so you don’t need to take a lift. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, but it’s definitely the location for us.

Cons:

Sometimes it can be a bit loud when trying to sleep, but it depends what floor you’re on. This time it was ok.
