Très belle piscine à débordement sur le toit. Chambre au côté design très travaillé, très belle salle de bain (pour les standards habituels de Bali où l'humidité est difficile à vaincre ; ) ) Buffet de petit déjeuner très diversifié et très bon. Mention particulière pour le personnel particulièrement poli et aux petits soins.
C'est personnel, mais le fait de ne pas avoir de balcon et surtout de ne pas pouvoir ouvrir la fenêtre.
Fabulous stay. Everything was perfect. Service exceptional. Room was very clean and all public areas constantly being cleaned. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and again great service.
A pleasure to meet all the staff, unfortunately too many great staff to give specific names.

Location was so central, easy walk to beach walking path, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and cafes. We had the Double 55 room, was very spacious and comfortable, they are at the back of the property so quieter. Lovely view from the pool but sea view blocked by other hotel. Bar had lovely outlook. Really interesting architecture and well maintained in the indoor spaces.
Felt the breakfast was a bit limited compared to other hotel breakfasts we’d had in Bali, but was nice.
The pool relaxing area is small and there were no umbrellas when we got there, that did get addressed. Pool decking needs maintenance and sunbeds cushions were stained.
I ordered a Gin and Tonic and was shocked that the tonic was IDR 50,000 (most expensive in Bali) which put us off ordering drinks at the pool, also there was no price list for anything except cocktails and beer.

Nous sommes restés 4 nuits... experience très décevante, nous étions contents de partir. Ce qui ne nous est jamais arrivé en indonesie.
- Dangereux pour les enfants: les enfants peuvent tomber à travers les barrières aux étages supérieurs. Il y a suffisamment d'espace pour qu'un enfant de 3 ou 4 ans tombe et se tue... Tenez la main de votre enfant dans le couloir.
- Bruyant: le design ouvert de l'immeuble fait que les chambres sont surexposées au bruit du lobby, du bar et du resto.
- Restaurant catastrophique: j'ai été choqué par le service... On m'a servi une viande de piètre qualité (Ribs) et un énorme bout de peau d'agneau plein de poils dans mon plas... j'ai failli vomir. Les serveurs se sont excusés et m'ont offert le plas et une boisson... rien d'autre lol ...l'horreur. Le chef n'était pas présent, ses commis ont fait cette erreur monumentale et personne du management n'est venu s'excuser de cette horreur.
- Service: Certains membres du staff étaient agréables mais d'autres ne l'étaient pas du tout. C'est rare en Indonésie... Cet hotel semble être une bulle étrangère. On ne ressent pas la vibe et la sérénité de Bali.
- Piscine: petite mais suffisante. En revanche peu de transat et rapidement exposé au soleil.
- Prix: 50% plus cher qu'un merveilleux hotel que nous avions à Nusa Dua
Wow! Such a lovely hotel so close to the beach and to cafes, shops, spas, restaurants etc. I was there for only one night but the room was so clean, comfortable and new-ish. I had a great sleep in the bed! The facilities are also great - the pool has a beautiful view, the restaurant downstairs had a good variety of food for breakfast and the bar upstairs has a great view too. All the staff I came across were so polite, friendly and lovely. Can’ fault this place
