Great hotel, terrific location, always clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location only 200m from beach and close to lots of shopping and eateries. Incredibly welcoming staff. Great restaurant for breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. Third time I’ve been here and it’s always good.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt etwa 5 Gehminuten zum Strand und ansonsten gleich an der Straße in der Nähe von vielen Einkaufsläden. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfreich. Die Zimmer sind schön und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr groß und hat alles was man braucht. Der Infinitypool ist groß und bietet einen tollen Weitblick, da er im 5 Stockwerk ist.

Cons:

Dadurch, das wir direkt an der Straße waren, war es nachts oft sehr laut. In den beiden Nächte übte eine Trommelgruppe in der Nähe bis nachts um 1:00 was doch sehr laut war. Der Balkon war sehr klein und so an der Straße dass er nicht wirklich nutzbar war. Beim Pool gab es nur sehr wenige Liegen die sofort morgens belegt waren, wenn man nicht gleich um 9:00 dort war, bekam man keine mehr.

I really wish that the property had provided a proper chair for my husband to use in the shower. People in wheelchairs don’t shower in their wheelchair. The little rattan stool was inadequate and dangerous.

Relax a Sanur
Pros:

La struttura è moderna e dotata di ogni comfort. Ottima qualità prezzo! La posizione perfetta, accanto ai negozi e ai ristoranti e a due passi dalla spiaggia!
Se c’è bassa marea o non si ha voglia del mare, la struttura ha una ottima piscina a sfioro all’ultimo piano ad accesso gratuito ed esclusivo dei clienti.
Colazione a buffet abbastanza varia da godersi in uno spazio ampio e comodo.
Personale sempre sorridente e attento alle esigenze dei clienti.

Cons:

Unico appunto: per tutte e tre le notti in cui abbiamo alloggiato la sera da un tempio vicino suonavano melodie cerimoniali e si sentiva tutto! Sembrava di essere parte della cerimonia stessa!
Se non si hanno grossi problemi con il sonno è anche divertente e caratteristico!

Proximity to beach, the breakfast and delightful wait staff worth every penny!
Pros:

Breakfast is outstanding. The rooftop bar and pool are sensational areas that provide comfortable and sheltered lounge seating for small groups or the bar stools allow expansive views across Denpasar city especially pretty in the evenings.

Cons:

Floor tiles in bedroom section of room were too loud and are now out of style. Bathroom basin unnecessarily large for vanity reducing the useful space around basin. Faucet too short for basin creating water to collect atop vanity when washing face. This problem creates extra cleaning for staff and constant water splashing will lead to the need for the vanity top to be replaced prematurely.

Great value for money
Pros:

Great location, balance of being close to action but not too busy or loud. Good sized rooms, clean and comfortable. The rooftop pool is great. Staff were very kind and helpful. Spa/massage was great value too.

Cons:

Overall a great hotel.

Cons:

My room faced the street and there is alot of noise from scooters the whole day and I think there is a temple nearby who were celebrating until after midnight for 2 nights. Luckily I had earplugs and slept well. If I didn't I would have asked to change rooms .keep this in mind.
