Close to lagoon. Good breakfast. Large room for our family.
It was close to Station Park walking distance for shopping and close to Restaurants too.
Checking in you have to get in the elevator and go to the next floor.It would more convenient walking straight in the lobby and getting checked-in
Instead of having to get in a elevator.And parking spots to park are very little and narrow.I had to park far far away so my vehicle wouldn't be super close to others
We throughly enjoyed our stay at Hyatt. The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance to several shops, restaurants, even a grocery store. We highly recommend them not just for their location but for the cleanliness, breakfast options, and how close it is to Lagoon. We are a family of 5 and the rooms were spacious and very well thought out for a family our size. Ages of our kids 19, 15, and 9.

Lovely hotel with plenty of restaurants and shops just steps away. Decorated beautifully, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. A very cool hotel, which exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was included, and delicious.
Most rooms have new comfortable beds but not all. Our friend had an old bed that sunk. Breakfast is better than most places but we miss the real eggs, they now do the fake boxed eggs. Spa was clean and hot this time, pool still cold and could not be used. Elevator gets sprayed w a toxic pestiside during business hours and made us sick. It's overpriced but we like staying there, we come for a conf and its a great location for that, lots of restaurants to go to in walking distance.
Loved the location and staff was absolutely amazing. Truly wonderful people. Really close to Lagoon Amusement Park, you can see the park from the parking lot. Great shopping right outside. Good restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. The facility was very clean. The elevator was fast.
There was some weird noise that went off all throughout the night. It sounded like pipes in the walls. It kept us up all night. It was almost like a heating element starting up or something. We were on the third floor. The tv signal kept going out. Parking is hit or miss. Park before the outdoor mall gets busy. You will get a better spot. Glass sliding door on the bathroom.
What a great hotel! The location was brilliant. The staff were professional and kind. The room was clean and modern. Having a refrigerator was a plus.

The location is great.
Staff wasn't the most friendly. There were a couple desk ladies who were pretty rude. Having to use 2 elevators or stairs and elevators to get to the third floor got old pretty fast.
Convenient location. You can easily walk to the various shops that are available ranging from groceries, outdoor equipments, to shopping centers. A lot of eateries nearby. Parking is convenient. This hyatt place so far was the best version among the ones I have booked during my current road trips. Staffs were courteous and welcoming upon check-in, my request to be at the first floor was met, their breakfast seemed to be better quality as well (including boiled eggs being warm), and pleasant working spaces. Fitness center was spacey. Perfect for families and for business travel in my opinion. I will definitely consider coming back if I ever stop by.

This hotel was below anything I have experienced in all my business travels and this was for a getaway. Very poor staff experience and hotel experience was very disappointing. $500 + for the night & wow way below expectations for this price. Never booking here again.
