Location and breakfast and nice hotel
It was onsite among all the shops. One entrance for security.
The pool was in an odd place but that’s okay. I had lost an item, I’m pretty sure inside the room but it was nowhere to be found. I had brought it back from Japan that day and was a gift for my mother.
The room was decent
They had me in the wrong room when I got there and had to wait a couple hours to get the right room. The food is awful. Oven baked fries and the breakfast was terrible and limited
Great location to shops and restaurants
Location.
Handicap room shower curtain needed attention.
Arrived @ 9.30 pm and the sign said the bar was open till 10.00 and it was closed with no explanation from anyone.
Loved that you could go shopping not have to drive just walk everywhere everyone was very nice and place was clean and welcoming.
That there was no microwave in room to warm up your food when you had leftovers. You had to go to the lobby to warm your food up.
Staff is completely RUDE! The pm AGM wouldn’t tell us her name. She is incompetent.
I will never stay here. I will tell everyone how awful it was. Don’t waste your time or your money coming here. It is not worth how they treat people. I should have read the reviews before coming here.
I asked to speak to the GM, Collin who couldn’t be bothered to help the situation.
HORRIBLE!!!!!!
Without question the WORSE hotel I have ever stayed in . We paid for a view room and had a “view “ of the roof but that wax just the beginning. If you don’t mind being up half the night ( starting at 1:30 ) with a broken alarm going off this is your hotel . We finally gave up our plans for the weekend and left at 6 AM with the alarm blaring AGAIN. My favorite part was the COMPLETE lack of management to help or explain to guests what was going on . NO ONE explained or offered help to guests who spent the night up going up and down stairs to wait outside . Would NEVER stay here again or any Hyatt if this is their guest “experience “ .
Our little boy got sick in the middle of the night he started throwing up and we immediately ran him to the bathroom got him and the trail cleaned up. We wiped everything up took the trash out and then we received a call from Colin-he stated, “ there was shi* everywhere.” And I explained our son got sick but I even scrubbed parts of the floor. When he stated why we didn’t call someone because it was the middle of the night and we did wipe and clean it up. Then he stated. “You’re going to be charged a fee and those were brand new couches.” No concern, no care just those were brand new couches. Very rude very unprofessional.
Nice location … a bit difficult to get to for the first time … very convenient to shopping, food and entertainment
The room vent was very dirty and noisy
