Pros:

The ac in our first room wasn't working and they moved us to a different room with a working ac. It was very conveniently located near Brigham women which is why we were in town.

Cons:

The bed was very firm and I woke up sore. The pillows were flat.

Comfortable stay close to longwood medical offices with free shuttle service.
Pros:

It’s clean. Rooms comfortable. Location is great if you need to get to Longwood medical offices. The hotel even provides a shuttle for drop off and pick up. Comfortable lounge. Nice gym . Has weights and machines.

Cons:

Nothing to complain but noted the shower gel and shampoo occasionally empty. House keeping is every other day unless requested, but on housecleaning days these were not filled.

Pros:

We actually found the room quite spacious — we stayed in a two-room suite with two beds plus a sofa bed, which worked out well for our group. The room was very comfortable overall.

Breakfast was simple, nothing fancy, but it did well.

The staff was adequate. The metro station is very close by, about 300 meters walking distance. There's also a Trader Joe's about a 20-minute walk away, which was convenient for grabbing groceries and snacks during our stay.

Getting from the airport to the hotel was easy: we took the metro directly from the airport station, made a connection, and got off at Brookline Station. The whole trip was smooth and hassle-free.

Cons:

It's worth noting that the bathroom has a bathtub, which also serves as the shower area — this might not be very safe for elderly guests or anyone with limited mobility.

The hotel isn't located right in the central/downtown area of Boston.

Pros:

We were over for the World cup, it was an ideal location for some cafes etc and hopping on the train into the centre. Was great having breakfast included. The staff were nice and helpful. Having the small shop, free tea/coffee, laundry and luggage storage on sight just made things so much easier. Nice spacious room with a comfy bed and good aircon!
