Цена соответсвует качеству. Тяжело подниматься в гору
Pros:

Очень хороший большой просторный номер! Соотношение цена=качество. Не стоит рассчитывать на супер комфорт за эту стоимость. Ремонт подуставший, вид хороший с балкона.

Cons:

На кухне водятся мелкие букашки. Это конечно не очень приятно, тк мы любим готовить завтраки сами, поэтому выбираем апартаменты с кухней. Здесь же оставить никакие продукты нельзя на кухне, столе, заползут. Даже приборы чистые я хранила в холодильнике.
Оооочеень крутой спуск и подъем в гору. Вниз ещё ходили, а домой уже только на такси ездили.

O apartamento é muito bom, com toda a infraestrutura básica.

Cons:

Embora seja relativamente perto da praia, por ser em um morro, tivemos dificuldade de locomoção pois muitos motoristas não queriam fazer a corrida.

Я посещаю Пхукет уже более 13 лет и это место куда я готов вернуться при посещении локации Ката
Pros:

Проживание на 3 этаже в Deluxe. Отличные виды на море. Приятно посидеть на балконе утром и вечером на закате, удобные пластиковые кресла на балконе. Отдельное спасибо за предоставление газового барьбекью, оно очень удобное! Я приготовил шикарного тунца и тигровых креветок купленных на рыбном рынке Раваи. Хозяева всегда готовы помочь с решением любой просьбы, нам нужна была крышка для готовки и они предоставили ее сразу, вызвали нам такси в аэропорт которое приехало очень пунктуально. Отличное решение с питьевой водой - при заезде у вас есть 25л питьевой воды и если она закончится вы можете взять новую на лестнице и это бесплатно, вроде мелочь, но очень приятная :-) особенно когда жилье находится на холме. Мы были на байке поэтому проблемы с подьемом не было. Очень приятно просыпаться под пение птиц по утрам!

Cons:

В качестве пожеланий по улучшению- установить более звукоизолированные двери в номера. Когда проезжает техника (это не часто но все равно) слышно ее шум.

Приятный отдых
Pros:

Наш номер был на 3-м этаже. Очень красивый вид. Приятно утром завтракать на балконе, ещё не жарко, тихо, спокойно. Удобная. Ольшая кровать. Чисто, уютно. Немного не привычно , что душ на стене , без кабинки, все заливает, но сохнет очень быстро, поэтому не было проблем.
Кухня удобная. Целиком оборудованная.
Главное чтобы соседи по балкону не заказали услугу барбекю, как было с нами один раз. В течении часа вечером , когда отдыхали на балконе, пришлось уйти в комнату и все закрыть. Так как был ужасный запах, густой дым, просто жутко воняло. А так все 12 дней просто рай. До моря , пляж Ката бич, до его конца, где камни - сноркинг, рыбки - север пляжа -30 минут, а если просто плавать- южная часть 15 минут пешком. После спуска от отеля 5 минут, , перед переходом через дорогу отличное кафешка. Напротив огромный супермаркет. По поводу подъема согласны с предыдущими отзывами. Мы справлялись даже с сумками. Есть интернет ТВ. Очень тихое слойное место.

Lovely apartment and amazing views, I would 100% return
Pros:

The apartments are lovely, clean and spacious. The balcony is a great size and the views are amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable and it’s so peaceful at night.
Hosts are friendly and very welcoming. I would 100% stay here again.
It’s a short 10 minute walk to the shops and food markets and about 20 minutes to the beach.

Off the beaten path. Nice view in peaceful neighborhood with birds singing
Pros:

Away from the hustle-bustle of downtown. Nice setting in the mountains just above Kata-Karon area. View includes ocean in the distance with many trees around and you can hear the birds singing. About 8 min walk through nice neighborhood that felt very safe. Then another 10 min walk through town to the beach. Clean room with nice frige, microwave and kettle. Spacious balcony. We rented new 160cc motorbike for 500thb/day for couple days for easy access to beach and other very nice nearby beaches such as Kata, Kata Noi and Karon. Look for the sidewalk kiosk with 50thb mojitos. Ha! And of course the massages are awesome for only 300-400 THB per hour.

Cons:

We arrived 8pm. Hostess was not very welcoming or friendly and offered no orientation to the room or facilities on arrival other than her WhatsApp message upon booking. Maybe too late for her but our plane was delayed. We had 2 check-in bags and 2 carry-on bags. She didn't offer to carry anything down the stairs. But she was responsive by WhatsApp the couple times we called on her. Otherwise, all good!

Good facility, balcony, view!
Room is big!

Cons:

Location is norm, but be ready to climb the hill, where is located that hotel. First 3 days we didn't rent scooter, so every day by walk, not very convenient.After that we rent 1600 cc scooter. It was great!

Понравилось все! Вид шикарный! Номер чистый. Хозяйка супер. Маленький минус это горка последние 100 метров, но со временем привыкаешь и к этому) Спасибо за гостеприимство, обязательно вернемся!
