I got a room that smells like smoke and could barely sleep. I did ask for a change and the guy was helpless and even gave me the keycard for 1 night even though I booked for 2. He was all the time in his phone anyway.

Toilets and showers were clogged. Flooding on two rooms that we booked. Pretty comfortable stay but needs maintenance. Faucet on both rooms that we booked were also not working properly and wobbly

For a short period of time acceptable. thr highlight is the rooftop pool

Lage ist gut, sonst leider nichts. Sehr abgewohnt, nicht sauber, kein room cleaning. Aircon ist laut und ist am zweiten Tag ausgelaufen. Zum Glück hatten wir schon gepackt. Keine Empfehlung. Keine Wiederholung. Schade.

Super Hotel, super Zimmer, nettes Personal.
Zentrale ruhige Lage. Bahn und Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe und Pool zum Erfrischen.
Jedoch nicht wie beschrieben: Zimmerservice, Minibar gab es nicht und Trinkwasser nur am ersten Tag.
Kofferaufbewahrung bis spät Abends möglich und Duschen im Poolbereich nutzbar.

I had good experience and reception staff is so much cooperative. They need to leave some thing in the fridge.

Never ever book this hotel! Firstly, it's located at such a bad location (20 min walk from Pratunam is bad). The street (Soi 12) is insanely inaccessible, even Cab drivers don't know this place. Secondly, hotel don't even provide toothbrush or toothpaste! Shower gel and shampoo are so pathetic little quantity! Thirdly, it's next door neighbor is another hostel-lookalike residential building with 3 dogs barking always late at night. Bet the dogs can see ghosts so it's literally barking into black space outside the gate every single night! How did this hotel even get such good rating with such bad location and ghostly presence?! Streets are very dark and deserted at night OMG

Sliding door on the balcony is spoil. Can't even lock the door at all! Such a bad and worse experience stay ever! You'd be better off spending your money (a bit more) at Baiyoke, etc kind!

Well located for train transport from the airport and for transport around the city. Having a pool to cool down after a day in the heat was most welcome.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated! Had a modern feel. There's also a nice little pool on the rooftop which is awesome to come back to after a hot day of touring Bangkok. The staff running the front desk spoke English very well and were helpful with giving us directions. They also let us store our bags in a locked room after we checked out! It's located in an alley and the sign for the hotel wasn't lit so it was a bit tricky to find at night when we first arrived.

1st Review Rejected, so now force to write a good one again for everyone. Conclusion, I booked the package, when i arrive the hotel, the lady said no more room for us, don't have any room reserve for us!!! Ask me cancel the booking and re-book her partner hotel. Two days before my trip, I did email the hotel said I will be check in at 25 Nov til 29 Nov, and need the hotel address in Thai, they did reply my email not more than 6 minutes. But how could no room reserve for us and said didn't receive any email from me! The hotel lady even ask us walk to her partner hotel with our big luggage, really worst experience, ruin my trip!

The hotel looks like very new, but the location is very bad and is deep inside an alley and is very quite. Especially in late night if you walk into the alley can easly get robbed or any accident. Taxis and transport is hard to get. Front desk is not 24hrs and only until 6pm in evening, after this hour if you need any help no one can attend to you. After 9pm in the night you even have to open and close the main gate for them. Overall I had a very bad experience in this hotel and I don't why people give such a high rating. I don't recommend people to book this hotel. Location is so bad.

The place is nice,clean with very comfortable beds. I could hear the cars from the street but it wasn't too bad. The pool is also a great bonus.

It's a brand new hotel in quiet alley. nice looking with nice view (small park in front) although a bit difficult to find. There is a lovely pool in 5th floor that you can enjoy to swim with view of highway road above.
you also can be easy to find local food stalls and restaurants in main street or Rang nam area (near Victory monument) by walking distance.
the owner of hotel is also the receptionist who quite helpful and friendly, she helped us to book a taxi to Safari and to airport.
Pls noted that there is no receptionist in the evening (i guess the owner works only from 9am-6pm). you will be received a gate key along with the room card when you check in. it's used in case you go out and back hotel late.
Let the owner know if you check out early. you will be advised to leave the key and room card in the reception area because there's no one checks your room before you leave.
