Some aspects need to be improved
Pros:

The restaurant is very nice and the food provided is quite good. Also, the rooms are spacious, well decorated and have a good heating system.

Cons:

On the Booking app, it is noted that the hotel offers parking for its clients. Actually, it is public parking, that you will pay via an app, which has glitches. Also, another facility noted is the pool and spa, which has a schedule not very well known by the receptionist. We were told we can use the pool untill 8pm and the reality was that by 6:30 pm the hotel had water aerobics classes. Also, in order to use the salt room, you are required to pay an extra fee and enroll on a list for the next day, so the spa facilities are not entirely free for the clients.

Oda geniş, ferah ve konforluydu. Kahvaltısı gayet iyi ve yeterliydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve her konuda çok yardımcıydı.

Cons:

Otopark alanı yetersiz ve park yeri bulmak genel olarak şehirde sıkıntılı ve zor. Oda genel olarak temizdi ama banyo daha dikkatli temizlenebilirdi.
