1st room was tattered and in poor condition. Bed room was on another level like a loft. It was unsafe to walk down stairs to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Window curtains in kitchen area were torn. Kitchen sink was not clean. Unit was in poor condition. We requested another room for our 2nd night and was moved to another room which was in better condition and with bedroom and bathroom on the same level. Living room furniture was still rather old and worn. Electrical plugs didn't fit our America plugs. Front desk did supply us with an electrical adapter. Food was ok, but the food selection was limited. No African style food selections at all. Only European and American style foods were offered. We came to Tanzania for a Tanzanian experience. Hotel didn't offer a Tanzanian feel.

Pros:

Er was een probleem met de betaling, het hotel was vooruit betaald bij hotels.com, maar men diende toch nog ter plekke ook nog eens te betalen omdat het hotel verkocht was en zij een andere bankrekening hadden.
De staff was zeer onwillig en onvriendelijk hierover
