Pros:

Wir bekamen ein Upgrade von einer Suite mit einem Schlafzimmer auf eine Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern zum gleichen Preis. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.
Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine sehr gute Auswahl. Das Essen im Restaurant war lecker zu einem moderaten Preis.

Great place, very friendly staff!
Pros:

Very good hotel. Big rooms, good buffet breakfast. The staff were very friendly and even helped us get in contact with our Safari company that was 2 hours late to pick us up.

Pros:

The staff provide good service and help me to communicate with tour company and shuttle bus service to Nairobi.

Cons:

Although there is not elevator, the staff will help you move luggage in the second floor if applicable.

Chambres avec du bruit venant des bars à proximité. Tout se calme à la fermeture mais à une heure assez tardive.

Perfect stop to stay in Arusha
Pros:

Excellent staff and lovely hotel. The hotel rooms were quite large, and I loved the comfortable mattresses. The location is quite nice and you are central to everywhere. Would highly recommend!

Convenient stay in Arusha
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located near central Arusha. The facilities are very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and thorough, and the hotel was well-maintained. The security guards were attentive and it felt very safe.

Cons:

The bathrooms were a little small and the bath tub didn't have a curtain, which wasn't an issue but made it a little more inconvenient when showering.

The Gold Crest Hotel was the perfect place to rest up after a long flight from Canada.
Pros:

The satff were all excellent - helpful and engagig. The rooms were huge and the food was excellent.
