Great place, very friendly staff!
Pros:

Very good hotel. Big rooms, good buffet breakfast. The staff were very friendly and even helped us get in contact with our Safari company that was 2 hours late to pick us up.

Pros:

The staff provide good service and help me to communicate with tour company and shuttle bus service to Nairobi.

Cons:

Although there is not elevator, the staff will help you move luggage in the second floor if applicable.

Perfect stop to stay in Arusha
Pros:

Excellent staff and lovely hotel. The hotel rooms were quite large, and I loved the comfortable mattresses. The location is quite nice and you are central to everywhere. Would highly recommend!

Convenient stay in Arusha
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located near central Arusha. The facilities are very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and thorough, and the hotel was well-maintained. The security guards were attentive and it felt very safe.

Cons:

The bathrooms were a little small and the bath tub didn't have a curtain, which wasn't an issue but made it a little more inconvenient when showering.

The Gold Crest Hotel was the perfect place to rest up after a long flight from Canada.
Pros:

The satff were all excellent - helpful and engagig. The rooms were huge and the food was excellent.

Cons:

No improvements needed.

Good place to stay before and after Kilimanjaro hike or a safari.
Pros:

Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and very comfortable beds. Also very helpful in storing luggage whilst we were hiking Kilimanjaro. Restaurants up the road were good.

Cons:

Bathrooms feel like they were a last minute addition. Stayed twice. First time had issues with drain and second time had no shower curtain.

Nice hotel with very nice staff!
Pros:

Bell'hotel molto vicino al centro di arusha. la cucina è aperta 24/7 e fanno buoni piatti.
vicino ci sono molti altri bar e ristoranti molto carini, la zona è sicura. lo staff molto gentile e i prezzi del bere e mangiare molto bassi. buona colazione

Cons:

il servizio del ristorante un po lento, la palestra era vecchia e con attrezzi un po datati e malfunzionanti.
