Personal inepto, poco servicial y nada empático.

El enclave y la ubicación.

Cons:

La información para el acceso fue nefasta. Dimos mil vueltas. Y la recepcionista insistía en las mismas indicaciones fue horrible. La recepcionista isra cuando conseguimos llegar tuvo empatía 0. El parking del hotel cuesta además 22€. No es que te hagan la oferta del siglo.

Really amazing, highly recommend, will stay again!
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was really amazing. We arrived late after reception hours, but checking in ourselves was very easy no stress. The inner courtyard was so nice and pretty, it was very pleasant. The room was spacious, with a spacious bathroom as well. The room was in a strange shape but we didn't mind at all. Both the air conditioning and the shower worked great, making our rests super comfortable. The room was well sound proofed and the wooden windows keep the light out well, so we can get a good night sleep. I really liked that the room TV provided Netflix!
The location of the hotel was amazing, it's within walking distance to everything in city center, we walked to all the restaurants, bars and café's that we wanted to go to. The hotel is also very close to the City Hall, so we saw a lot of the Corpus Christi celebrations just by walking randomly around the hotel. Surprisingly, the hotel is also within walking distance to Alhambra, we walked to the Alhambra, it was around 17 minutes. This was good because I find the bus system in Granada a little confusing. This walk was mainly consisted of stairs and slopes, but very scenic!!

Cons:

The wifi wasn't working super well in the bed area, but it was working in the sofa and desk area. It didn't bother us too much.

Soggiorno perfetto a Granada
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, dal perfetto stile Riad. Dotata di ascensori (ad eccezione dell’ultimo piano mansardato). Letti comodi e struttura ben isolata. Posizione ottima, in pieno centro.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, l’ultimo piano non aveva l’ascensore ma era accessibile solo da scale.

Bon séjour mais il aurait été parfait avec un matelas ferme.
Pros:

L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé. Nous avons aimé la décoration, la chambre spacieuse et la salle de bains. Le service de chambre était parfait.

Cons:

il faudrait penser à remplacer le matelas par une qualité plus ferme aujourd’hui, surtout dans les pays chauds, la majorité des gens préfèrent une literie ferme. Si nous devions rester une nuit de plus, nous aurions demandé de remplacer le matelas.

Pros:

L' hôtel est très bien situé, tout se fait à pied, la chambre était très propre.

Cons:

L'accès très compliqué en voiture et le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur, nous avons eu du mal à nous faire comprendre.
