Place is good but staff should not forget the details in the room.
Pros:

Room was big and breakfast was delecious.

Cons:

There were no towel additionals in bathroom. We had to gp and find them in the hotel since there was no staff working at that time.

Très jolie chambre.
Petit déjeuner à prendre dans le restaurant à 2 pas de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner très correct.

Staðsetningin er frábær, allt í göngufæri.
Starfsfólkið einstaklinga hjálpsamt og kurteist.
Sturtan var mjög góð, mikill kraftur á vatninu og það vel heitt.

Cons:

Það er ekki kælir, eða "minibar" á herberginu til að kæla vatn og aðra drykki. Lítil hljóðeinangrun svo hávaði frá götunni var nokkuð mikill.

La posizione

Ho prenotato una camera Superior, ma mi è stata assegnata una stanza di categoria inferiore una Standard (così classificata anche su Booking e sul loro sito)
camera più piccola, con affaccio su un cortile interno invece che esterno come mostrato nelle foto, bagno cieco senza aspirazione e posizione accanto all’ascensore, con rumore continuo.
Alla mia richiesta di cambio stanza mi è stato risposto che non erano disponibili camere Superior e che avrei dovuto attendere un tempo imprecisato per la pulizia e disponibilità di un’altra Standard. Ho quindi rinunciato, non avendo alternative concrete.
Per esperienza nel settore, situazioni di questo tipo vengono generalmente gestite in modo più corretto, con soluzioni immediate o forme di compensazione adeguate, come servizi aggiuntivi.La differenza tra camera prenotata e camera assegnata è evidente e non giustificata, e ci si aspetterebbe almeno un rimborso parziale o una compensazione.

Muy céntrico y habitación grande.

Cons:

Estuvimos en habitación 12 estaba muy tranquilo hasta el momento sobre las 23h cuando se ducho un "vecino" más qué una hora. La ducha hacia un ruido insoportable. Es la única pega resto genial.
