They were very welcoming and accommodating. The space was clean and perfect for us and the location was great.
Location
One major concern was that the staff left the property at 5:00 PM. After that time, the emergency contact numbers provided by the property were unreachable, making it very difficult to get assistance when we needed it. We spent a considerable amount of time trying to find someone to speak to, which was frustrating and stressful. A property should always ensure that guests have access to reliable support, especially in case of emergencies.

Location was perfect. Room was perfect for our needs, spacious, had a fridge to store drinks and snacks, shower was good, bed was comfortable, nice seating/lounge area. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Didn't dislike it as such but there was no cooking facilities in the apartment if you wanted to make your own food. But we didn't have any intention of doing this as we wanted to check out the local restaurants and bars so it didn't affect us, but worth noting.

The room was spacious for three, very clean and had a nice, modern aesthetic. We loved that you can see Edinburgh Castle from the street right outside the building and that it was within walking distance.
We were in one of the basement apartments which was fine; we were only there one night. Very early in the morning, there was a loud crashing sound that we heard multiple times like recycled glass bottles being dumped into something. It was quite a rude awakening.

Edinburgh Castle apartments is centrally located and within easy walking distance from all major attractions. Great little restuarant at the front door that helped on all late excursions.
Unfortunately I did not expect the room to be sort of underground. This led to a semi stale musty smell in the room and on the linen that I did not appreciate.
The location. It was also very clean with lovely towels.
No one on reception during the hour we were advised to get there. Grumpy person welcomed us. Room was sooo cold. WiFi didn’t work in our below ground room. Very expensive for what was a very average stay.

Easy walk from the tram stop. Very Large room, beautifully decorated, very well equiped - we appreciated coffee machine. Bed was comfy! Lovely lovely space. If you are not a fan of stairs, this isn’t for you. We enjoy stairs, so we were fine, but there are many stairs, don’t know about an elevator as it’s an old building (and we didn’t ask). The shower did seem to wet the bathroom floor, which was ok for us, but long term may cause issues for property. Easy check in and out - online if you want. Would stay here again. Would’ve liked longer!

Our room was located at the 4 floor without elevator. Don’t bring heavy or big luggage.
