Pros:

Great location.
Comfy bed..
Good size room.

Cons:

Cracked bedside table, bathroom needs to be resiloconed as looks dirty.
Stairs up to top floor steep.

Very reasonably priced and lovely rooms in Edinburgh's New Town
Pros:

The room was nicely appointed, with a kitchenette and outdoor terrace (which we unfortunately couldn't enjoy because of inclement weather). The location was hard to beat, steps from the Scottish National Gallery and a short walk to the Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle.

Cons:

The reception desk has limited hours, so be mindful of that (although they do provide self check-in options). Also note that check-out time is 10 AM here, which I wasn't quite ready for and I had to apologize for being a few minutes late getting out (which wasn't a problem).

Good location, close to famous landmarks. Near cafes, restaurants, park.
The apartment is comfortable, clean, warm. There is everything you need for living. Pleasant communication with the manager. Beautiful and safe city.

nice spacious living room, fantastic location, responsive host

Cons:

We got locked out of the room because of the electronic code handle battery. However staff were really responsive and sorted it within half an hour.
