Big room, helpful staff. Excellent
Pros:

Staff was very helpful. My husband left charging cables and phone and staff called immediately before we left town. Kitchen facilities were exceptional

Cons:

We were on a high floor, but not properties fault. We just need to be in better shape

we really enjoyed it but the second bedroom was a bit of an issue
Pros:

The apartment as in a lovely location and had a beautiful lounge. One bedroom was lovely. There was tea , biscuits and coffee in the Kitchen. Plus washing up liquid and sponge and tea towelThere were plenty of large fluffy towels and shower gel etc in the bathroom. Loads of toilet rolls. The flat was cleaned each day. Useful guide to Edinburgh and the istory of the building.

Cons:

The second bedroom was really poky - the flat had been divided up oddly. No windows or ventilation in the second bedroom or bedside lamps.
The fridge was missing shelves in the door and there were not enough bowls and knives for 6 people. The bathroom was ok but very small and leading off the living room .

Great location and value.
Pros:

Fabulous location, walkable to the castle restaurants, and tours. Exceptionally clean and nice to have the mini kitchen and outdoor courtyard.

Cons:

The room was a bit tight. Fine for a few days

Cons:

No view even though I booked one. No hot water in my shower. Internet didn’t reach most of my room. In basement. Second bed was terrible pull out couch.

Never deal with Company again
Pros:

Booked May instead of June by mistake, refused to change the date, sadly I already paid, I would never recommend anyone to stay here, extremely bad communication, never answered the phone or emails, I highly recommend avoiding this accommodation plus shocking communication in this day & age 😡
