DO NOT STAY HERE! I'm in a legal dispute with hotels.com and this sub par hotel to get a refund. Disgusting, unhygienic place. Excrement marks all over place. I have contacted Bali authorities as this place is beyond dirty and is refusing to give refund. Scammers.

Hotels.com is just twiddling their thumbs and saying its upto the hotel to issue refund. They are advertising such a dirty place but still the hotel gets to scam!

A clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. Good value for money. It’s a fair way from the beach, close to the main road but quiet. I’ve stayed here before and I’d stay here again

Great staff and service, good location.

Don't stay here you will be VERY Disappointed Nothing here in the Area . Hotel has a smell that I think they have sprayed for something . We booked for a week ,and we walked away .Not for us . You would have to take a taxi or rent a bike....everything is far away.

De börja med att vi möts av en ointresserad receptionist,
blir sedan tillsagt att det är rökningsförbud i rummen även när vi säger att vi röker inte.
Måste också lägga till att i lobbyn får man röka och röken stiger upp i trapporna så röken kommer ändå in i rummen.
Wifi fungerade inte, vi sa till flera gånger men blev lovad att de skulle fungera nästa dag, vilket det inte gjorde.
Badrummet hade nån avloppsläckage så det luktade inte så trevligt.
Jag bad flera gånger att få träffa chefen eller ägaren men dom visade inte sig.
Så tyvärr lämnade vi hotellet, vi bodde där 2 nätter av 7.
Vi fick inge ursäkt eller kompensation.

Nos premières nuits à Bali. Personnel très sympathique malgré une arrivée tardive (1h du matin). Chambre agréable. Hôtel situé à 10 min de la plage en scooter tous les commerces et restaurants sont à proximité. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de tester le spa. Seul bémol la literie un peu dure.

Very central location, however it's on a very busy road, which isn't too noisy but it's a very difficult to navigate if you are new at driving on the very busy Bali roads! Also, a lot of roosters around the hotel, so you'll definitely be up early. The rooms are also quite small, but the bed is comfortable.

Staff was friendly, hotel was ok but the location wasn't the best..
Too far from central Canggu, restaurants and beach etc..

Nice staff, clean, comfy bed, a little smell from bathroom sometimes. A bit off main area for restaurants but near main roads so great for scooters and if you want to do a lot of exploring.

This hotel was just what I needed the stuff was friendly and help you in any way they could

Staff really nice and helpful, room was clean, pool was nice but food wasn’t great

When we got to the room it was way smaller than the pictures. The house keeping did not go a good job cleaning the room it was always dirty when we go back at night.

Fint hotell med trevlig personal. Låg dock lit dåligt till, vägen utanför var hemsk. Vill man ta sig någonstans måste man ta taxi, och ibland är det så hemsk trafik att det kunde ta upp till en halvtimme att ta sig någonstans. För övrigt var det rent och fräscht.

The cleaning is not good. Rooms, breakfast, pool and service is average.

Drove in torrential rain on motorbikes from Pemuteran to Canggu, arriving well after dark. Staff were incredibly helpful in getting us setup in our rain right away, especially since we were soaked. Staff brought our bags in for us, gave us our key and information, put glasses of passionfruit cordial in our hand, and we went up to enjoy hot showers with excellent water pressure.

Breakfast costs 35,000 rupiah for tea or coffee, apple or orange juice, and one of several filling and delicious food options ranging from toast and fruit to eggs benedict. The hotel also has a separate food menu with lunch and dinner items. The fish in garlic sauce was especially good.

Our room was very clean, and came with cable tv, air conditioning, good lighting, modern bathroom and high quality bed/bedding.

The hotel has a pool-- one of the best maintained that we've seen during our month in Bali. Hotel offers pool towels at the front desk.

Overall, great experience-- we'd definitely stay here again if we come back to Canggu!

Our stay here was great! Hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. One night one of the staff sat with us and helped us order food and chatted with us for a while giving us tips of the area. The breakfast was one of the best we've had and we have been in Indonesia for a month. Very clean and comfortable, okay location.

We arrived from the airport very late in the evening and the staff was very helpful and didn't give us any trouble about late check in at all. The service was unbelievable including a delicious breakfast included with the room. Hotel is brand new so very clean and well kept. Pool is beautiful as well. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in canggu
