Malapit sya sa beach kaya maganda yung location nya. Goods din na may shared kitchen sya

I don’t not recommend this place. i was a nightmare experience. don’t be fooled with chipper rate their room . the more
Pros:

the property is located in the center of boracay. the beach, shopping area, foods and near the main road.

Cons:

The staff are not friendly. they kept waiting their incoming customers in the 3rd floor instead of ground flood dining area. They won’t allowed us to occupy the room 2-1 hour prior to 2pm check im time even the room is available and informed them for our 8am early check out in the last day of our stay. The guy told me that he cannot entertained me at this because they are busy. wow, what a surprising response to a paying customer. The girl with the thick eye liner was also rude the way she response and she looks towards the customer.. The bed is made of cement with a thin foam on the top. It feels like your are sleeping on the top of the tomb.

affordable price for an unpleasant short stay. never again.

location is great.

Cons:

i felt like i was sleeping on top of a tomb. toilet facilities needs urgent upgrade. toilet not flushing properly. room has a filthy smell as well as the toilet.

Location is superb as it is located within Dmall just a short walk from the beach.

We don’t feel safe as there are loud rowdy locals drinking just in front of our room.
