The Staff very friendly and helpful
The room is nice

Cons:

I ask for an Iron to Iron my cloth and it took me more than 24hrs to get the iron. Finally the staff send to me the Iron only 2 hrs before I m checking out the hotel.. it's my 3rd times call... and no iron board provided. So I need to Iron my cloth on the floor. Really disappointed.

Good enough, but it can be better in the future
Pros:

The place is quite decent, to some extent, and located in the middle of the capital and close to many vital places, especially my targeted place to work at that moment.

Cons:

The room is rather small, despite the price is not that cheap. There are many facilities that not currently present during my stay, such as refrigerator, clothes cupboard, and safe/locker.
