I always have a sleep over when I traffic to Indonesia and when I go back to the Netherlands. Because this is the hotel
Pros:

The service is always really good . The customer service is great and friendly. And the always happy to see you come back. It’s near a shopping center and near Monas . The have nice rooms. And the breakfast is always good whit many variations.

Cons:

I came there for many years . I still can not find what is not good .

Wir hatten eine tasche in dem geldbörse , führerschein usw waren vergessen
2 stunden nach abreise und bemerken unseres verlustes hatten wir angerufen.
Die tasche sammt ganzen inhalt war da
Absolut ehrliche und vertrauenswürdige leute

Staff friendly, but she talk tooo fast, (i cannot catch up what she say since im foreigner, even we serumpun, but hv some word i dont understand. So when she talk tooo fast i dont understand)

Room clean, hv medium fridge size.
Buffet nice.
The bed also good.
Both temperatures for pipe n shower is functional. 👍🏼

Cons:

Far from thamrin, if take grabcar it will cost u more money n time, so better find nearest the thamrin@ block m if ur targeting to visit this place.

Toilet water, hv smelly smell abit..
the Lift, So fast close ,they will close the door even u r entering the lift.
Like they munching u haha..
