Hotel Six Seasons

Hotel is good, lobby, walkway, corridor and room is clean. Although room is slightly smaller, but comfortable, feel safe and secure once we step into the hotel.

24 hours staff station at front desk, staff is polite and friendly. Check-in procedure is fast and easy.

Easy to get food surrounding hotel area, not convenient for public transport. However, we are driving not an issue.

Was all good... clean hotel!

overall the stay was great! only the design of the room and place of air-conditioning doesnt seems to match well, it get some time for cooling.. during our visit, the days are quite warming, it was pretty hot when entering the room and it takes about 30 mins to get it more comfortable...

Parking is very limited during working hours.

This is the first stay at six Seasons Hotel. The location is near to mid valley mega mall. There is no lrt or mrt metro station nearby. For travelers it will be using grab app for transportation. The stay is average. The cleanliness seems to be a problem. 2 days in a row i saw a pile of hairs on the floor even after housekeeping. The breakfast was also quite pricey at about myr20+ pax and it was not even buffet instead a set meal. I compare this to others hotel breakfast at bukit Bintang area.

Not much of an experience but just a simple hotel for our family

Been staying here for quite a few times. The service provided this time is quite disappointing. Check in late and yet found out that there’s no soap or shampoo provided. Take sometime for them to send us the soap. The white towels provided are somehow old and a bit yellowish in colour. It’s quite disgusting to us. However, they are considerate enough to allow us to check out a little bit late.

The hotel staff a guy didn't look too happy to serve. Got the room and room was ok but the toilet bowl was dirty. Clearly not scrubbed. The towels looked so dirty too.
Asked for an ironing board and we got one That could barely stand.
Won't be staying with them again. Need to do something about the cleanliness

Check in waited some time as the room was not ready. Bed sheet not very clean. Room was okay. Location fine.

We was told that the room we booked did not include breakfast which was disappointing, it was not stated in the itinerary or during booking of room. However, hotel staff is good, offered us with free breakfast during the 1st day of CNY. Breakfast was delicious but it started too late and we were in rush to enjoy it. Room facilities are good but definitely need to improve the room cleanliness.

Close to Mid Valley but pretty affordable for that location. Decent set breakfast

Service was good. Condition was also good. The only minus point is the room is a little small and the breakfast starts at 8.30am which is a little too late.
