Absolutely amazing hotel. Aesthetically beautiful, well located and just a dream for the whole family.

We loved this hotel, right on the beach, fantastic breakfast, two nice restaurants ( though rather expensive compared with outside) lovely pools overlooking the sea and very nice large room. All the staff were very helpful.
There is nothing around the hotel to see or do but a taxi to the town only costs £1.50. The taxi from the ferry cost £12.50 and the one to the airport £16.50 ( but not booked via the hotel)

Wonderful property! Our room was large with a beautiful view of the ocean. Staff was very friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond. Buffet style Breakfast with a very large variety was excellent. Loved the on-site Klif Restsurant.

We have nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel and its staff! Extraordinary! Beautiful large rooms, fabulous restaurants, lively beach chairs and pools! Staff are so kind and helpful!

Senggigi is a good location, although no restaurants outside of hotels, I upgraded to a pool suite as my sea view room overlooked the pool bar, my room was a little tired, fittings were old and tired, a cupboard door was hanging loose on it's hinges, mirrors were tarnished, room needed a refurb

Overall nice experience. However the hot water for bath tub was not working well

The wow factor hits you the moment you arrive. From a spacious lobby with lit water features immaculately clean, to greetings from smiling staff.
It's right on the beach front, with true infinity pools, that lead your eye right out to the sea. Open air restaurant for three meals a day with sumptuous breakfast included. Plenty of variety and styles.
The rooms are either small villas by the see through pool, or at the other end, a 4 storey hotel block with rooms having a sea view & 4 small villas on the ground floor with their own pool.
We had an oceanview deluxe room, completely facing west to catch the sunsets every night.
The rooms are huge with a safe, kettle, fridge, TV and large closet, plenty of cupboard & drawer space.
There are tea & coffee supplies & bottles of fresh water every day.
Beach towels are provided.
The bathrooms are the biggest I've ever seen, all capable of taking wheelchairs should you need it, &all floors are serviced by elevators.
There is a rooftop gym, cliff restaurant, paid for airport shuttles, tours to the nearby Gili Islands & excellent snorkelling right off the beach.
The resort rooms all have balconies & there are really comfortable day beds, in the immaculate grounds & by the pools, which also has a swim up bar.
The staff are amazing, Fery & Dwi at the restaurant to name just two. The staff are this hotels biggest assets.
One downside is there are NO USB charging sockets in the rooms, so bring a plug/lead for the tv USB socket

I booked this hotel based on the reviews but I wish I had read the negative ones. I had a Premier Club King Room which looked beautiful on the website but it had broken tiles in the bathroom and the furniture was dated and worn. The hotels sun loungers were stained and some burst at the seams. The beach was littered with plastic bottles in the morning. You can’t drown out the call to prayer from the nearby mosque. The hotel is not in a walkable area, there are no streetlights and nothing nearby so taxis are the only option. Despite all that, I wish I paid attention to the reviews regarding the poor quality of the food, if I had I wouldn’t have eaten at their ‘The Kliff’ restaurant - I was ill with food poisoning for 5 days afterwards. The staff were very kind but the manager, Mr Weylan was dismissive saying that he didn’t know if it was food poisoning because he is not a doctor! You do not need to be a doctor nor see a doctor to know what food poisoning is. The hotel refunded the cost of the meal and as I was leaving the next day took me to the harbour. Mr Weylan said he would keep in touch by WhatsApp but that didn’t happen. Every other member of staff apologised about the incident. I’m lucky, I’m a fit and healthy person otherwise I would have needed a doctor. Read the reviews others have written about the food then decide to stay somewhere else. My holiday was ruined thanks to the Katamaran.

Beautiful hotel and rooms .. very clean . Food in both restaurants exceptional including staff . Loved it!

Amazing hotel, lovely staff, perfect for a much needed break. Rooms were huge and the sunset view was beautiful.

I truly felt like I was part of the family welcome by everybody spoken to by everybody everyone had great big smiles were very welcoming and accommodating nothing was ever too much trouble I think I must have laughed every day with everybody

I had cookery lesson and the chefs who are talented should be step-by-step each process for every particular dish.

It was so good at this place that when I returned to the island after a brief stay back in Jakarta, I went back and stayed longer.

The sun sets from the restaurant and beach were incredible.

Such a beautiful hotel right on the beachfront. Two pools. A lovely beach side restaurant and also Kliff restaurant was stunning! I loved the people who worked here! So lovely and happy to organize things for you.

A concrete highrise! Expensive and not worth it. No privacy at all in our plunge pool as it led on to the communal walk through. Inauthentic - beach covered in plastic (the same goes for most of Lombok and Bali though) staff didn't understand English - I tried to cancel the spa 3 times before the appointment was cancelled. Most miserable christmas! The rat beneath the decking didn't thrill us either.

We love staying here. A few KM out of Senggigi town but beautiful property and people and only a few dollars taxi to town. Staff are lovely and the breakfast is amazing. The two beach front pools are perfect for lounging with a view. We will be back again.

The stay was very nice, all of the staff was very helpful and always asking if there was anything they could do for us. Food was very good also with a nice variety.

The only downside was dim lighting in the rooms
