Some nights there was a lot of noise during the whole night

Clean & spacious room, convenient location, walkable to loads of tourists attractions, the rooftop restaurant & pool were the bonus, excellent views to the rice fields, in a clear day, you can see all the peaks of 4 volcanoes in Bali, we were very lucky to see the sun rise from the volcanoes when we stayed!

Clean rooms, great swimming pool, excellent staff and such welcoming and friendly attentive staff. Everyone is happy and polite. We loved our stay here.

It was filthy. I was told I would get a refund and to date have not received it. The pillow cases were brown see photos and the headboard had very concerning stains and filth on it.

Excellent location, right next to the monkey forest. Good condition of the hotel. However, rooms are quite small and you can hear the noise from the corridor.
Staff are friendly and easily approachable. They have organised bikes and activities for us during the stay on request. Special mention on the food, breakfast is worth a try and the food at the restaurant is highly recommended and comes at a reasonable cost. The rooftop pool area was clean and relaxing. Definitely worth staying here if you don’t mind small spaces.

Nice quiet place in Ubud, Bali. Close to everything you need

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly have no complaints
But you get what you pay for , no space for clothes in the room , I was on my own if a couple it will be cosy
Extremely noisy hotel , thin walls and corridors and some kind of night patrol wakes every one up 😱

Everything was good except the wifi

Stay been good except bed linens were good old. Visibly worn off and yellowish. Toilet was not well cleaned. Tiles with yellow lines and stains were a sign of not well cleaned. It was an uncomfortable sight.

Positives: perfect location to walk to restaurants and make monkey Forrest. I would stay at this hotel again due to value for money and location.
Negatives: the pool, some basic fixes - repair broken umbrellas and clean those disgusting dirty tiles.

Great location near the monkey forest with lovely welcoming staff. The breakfast was good, not a huge variety but all food was fresh and yummy. Lots of shops, spas and restaurants on the street.

The only downside was that our floor (3) was quite noisy at night. We’re unsure if it was other guests or staff, but people were calling down the hallway and repeatedly opening/closing doors in the early morning both nights.

Location is in the heart of the city, it is the best hotel in a 2 kilo radius

The property is in a good location. The rooms are really small if a couple has two luggage and carry-on it leaves for a tight squeeze. There was no place to store clothing and only a place to hang up a few things.

Our room was cleaned well by the staff, but the shower had a curtain shade which had mold on it. The showers could use new caulking as there was mold there as well. Not very pleasant to see that knowing it would not cause much to fix.

The breakfast included was good, something for eveyone. Again, staff was friendly.

The pool area looks amazing in the photos, sadly needs a lot of updating and did not look as nice when we arrived. Nice little paddle pool for kids, tiles were missing and loose in some areas. Pool was nice.

All in all the stay was nice, lot’s of nice restaurants in the area, Monkey forest down the street which also has a free shuttle that will take you to the Ubud Market. Grocery store right around the corner.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Great location! Very close to the city. Make a left and it’s only a few minutes walk to the Monkey Forest. Staff was nice and very accommodating. The welcome drink was a nice touch. Breakfast was okay, average. The only issue I had was the shower. Water kept coming out and getting the floor wet. Otherwise, great stay.
