Perfect staying of our family with evitel
Pros:

Facilities are ok - wifi is absolutely working perfectly. Friendly staff. Food for breakfast is ok. But food from restaurant is delicious. I got problem only with the vertical blind. In my view there might be substitution of it..

Close to all Ubud’s attractions and action!
Pros:

To location is super, with just a few minutes walk to the monkey temple and Gautama street.
The staff is super polite, professional and helpful. They gave us great recommendations on local places and near by hidden gems!

Juliana and the front desk team are real stars.

We got our welcome drinks and late night house keeping in a blink of second.

Loved our time here. Surely will come back here.

Bonus: they gave us an hotel souvenir 🥳

Cons:

The showers could’ve a little hotter water.

A treasure in the heart of Ubud.
Pros:

Fabulous central location, close to the Monkey Forrest, bars, restaurant, supermarket and yoga barn, Amazing views from the rooftop bar, restaurant and pool - good size pool, a great bonus.
Comfortable spacious room with views over rice field.
Great atmosphere and most importantly wonderful, helpful and really lovely people working at the hotel. An absolute pleasure to stay - my second time.

Cons:

Everything good for me. Bustling energy so not for those wanting to be away from it all but a bike ride to quiet places to reset.

Good Location, No Control over Bright Balcony Lights
Pros:

The Location is convenient to my Yoga Studio. I liked the Rooftop Pool, but feel they need a Designated Smoking Area. The Staff are Friendly. I liked they had Filtered Water Machines

Cons:

I’ve been visiting Ball for 40years as well as Worldwide Travel & I’ve NEVER experienced accommodation that has automated Bright Balcony Lights that don’t turn off til 10pm! Guests has no control to turn off this light & they blinds don’t close fully, with the light shining in your face whilst trying to sleep.

Everything at the hotel was very pleasant: the staff, the room, and the location, which is perfect as it’s close to many tourist attractions. As a suggestion, I would recommend improving the cleaning a bit, especially around the sink area.

La colazione da migliorare i plumcake erano freddi di frigorifero. La stanza non era insonorizzata si sentivano parlare nelle camere adiacenti e nel corridoio sbattevano le porte durante la notte
