Pros:

Selten so einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gehabt, man fühlte sich wirklich willkommen. Wir wollten spontan um eine Nacht verlängern, es war kein Problem, es war den Mitarbeiterinnen nur unangenehm, dass man uns nur das Zimmer direkt an der Rezeption anbieten konnte. Am Tag der Abreise konnten wir unsere Sachen bis 16:00 Uhr im Zimmer lassen. (Ohne Aufpreis, da sie es erst am nächsten Tag wieder brauchten)Es war alles sauber, Frühstück liebevoll und authentisch. Wir würden immer wiederkommen und wenn es 12 Punkte gäbe, hätte es eine 12 verdient. Fahrt zum Flughafen vom Hotel organisieren lassen, sonst wird vom Taxifahrer bei Touristen gerne nochmal 5 € draufgepackt.

O acolhimento e a simpatia de toda a equipa. A Isabel Spencer, gestora desta propriedade familiar, veio cumprimentar-nos ao pequeno-almoço e foi muito atenciosa. O pequeno-almoço era delicioso e variado a começar pela cachupa! Adorei os passarinhos que queriam partilhar o nosso manjar matinal. A localização é fantástica, mesmo ao lado da Praça Nova e do Centro de Artes. Achei amoroso o serviço de preparação do quarto para a noite. Sem dúvida que nos sentimos em casa. Recomento vivamente!

Very friendly staff, nice roofterras and also very nice terras downstairs to have breakfast.
All nice rooms! Beautiful house!

Cons:

We advise to ask a room at the back. First we stayed 2 nights in a room at the back. After we came back from Santo Antão we stayed another night but this time at the street side. There was a lot of noise from cars and motorcycles.

Belle chambre spacieuse et confortable avec tous les équipements nécessaires. La maison est parfaitement située. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Excellent petit déjeuner avec des produits frais qu’on prend dans le patio qui est magnifique. Belle terrasse sur le toit.

Cons:

Comme partout au Cap-Vert, il n’y aucune insonorisation, même sur les bruits de la rue avec les fenêtres fermées.

Groot dakterras. Ook leuk is de mogelijkheid om beneden op het gezellige terras te ontbijten.
Rustige ligging maar toch op minder dan 5 min ben je bij leuke, typische restaurants. Ook de haven op 5 min wandelen. Kamers prima in orde!

The most friendly and kind staff and owner, Isabel. We had an amazing experience thanks to her outstanding support and tailored advice. Organized a wonderful private tour with Miguel - the best! Comfortable beds and hot shower. Delicious and very complete breakfast with plenty of options, the best we had. Beautiful terrace & courtyard to have breakfast or chill after long day. Perfect location, few steps away from the beach and the best places for live music! Highly recommend and will return here. Feel at home!
